My best experience yet dealing with plumbers. They texted me prior to my technicians arrival, and gave me his picture, background, and some personal tidbits (about his interests and family) that made me very comfortable with him showing up at our house. When you hire contractors, you never know what you're going to get so this little touch was awesome. Upon his arrival, Bryan was great at identifying the problem, and crafting a solution. Part of the process was to possibly obtain a permit from the city of Allen, so he drove to the courthouse to get one - turns out we did not need one, so he was able to start the work immediately. About an hour later, he was done and buttoned everything up better than it looked before. He sent me pictures of the repairs, and gave us a warranty to boot. Fantastic work all around!

I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. I found them to be very professional and up front about the whole process. Highly recommended.

Michael was our plumber. Before he arrived we got a text with his picture and a biography about his credentials and even his personal interests! It immediately helped us trust that he would be fair and real with us. All throughout the test and estimate, he was communicative and honest about what our estimate would be and why. Even though the work was extensive, and we had to receive bad news- I was so grateful to him for explaining the total overhaul of our plumbing system to us. He was considerate and fast! UPDATE....I give Watermark Plumbing 5+ stars! Recently I had a plumbing problem that involved a tie-in to the City of Dallas. Several members of the Watermark team went far beyond the extra mile to help me. Michael, my plumber, advised me to contact the city and even provided the name of the person I should call. Tim, the Operations Mgr, came to my home, early one morning, to view the problem and he personally made several calls to the City of Dallas on my behalf. After much effort by the Watermark team, the City completed their work and Watermark Plumbing got my system back in order and working as designed. I want to thank Michael, Tim, Jennifer, and all those from Watermark Plumbing who assisted me. Without your help, I would probably still have a plumbing problem and be fighting with the City.

One of our water heaters had a leak. I've used Watermark in the past for faucet replacement and they did a great job then (last year) - Watermark was able to schedule us first thing the next day. Bryan, our technician, arrived 10 mins BEFORE our 8am appointment. He diagnosed the problem and explained next steps very clearly. The leaky water heater was installed only 4 years ago so it still had manufacturer's warranty of 6 years - I thought this was going to create a delay or hassle on my part in order to "get credit" for it...Bryan and team at Watermark took care of ALL OF IT! I paid for Watermark to pick up the NEW water heater but it was worth it. Bryan also had to install TWO drip pans (as we had none) along with drain pipe. Another technician came out to assist - I didn't get his name - but he was very friendly too. Entire job was completed after lunch time - this was a big job...and I was so relieved to have it all done in one day! Thank you
