I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. I found them to be very professional and up front about the whole process. Highly recommended.

My water heater stopped working on a Friday afternoon, and I was having a pet sitter stay with my dog starting on Sunday. I really needed to get a new water heater installed before the pet sitter got there. I called a few other plumbers, but no one could come out for like a week. Watermark was able to come out that afternoon, though! Michael and another plumber (I'm sorry- I can't remember the other name!) worked until like 8 or 9pm that night. I am very thankful they installed it so quickly, even though I know it was not fun for them to work that late on a Friday. I called Watermark again later that evening because I had one concern, and Michael came back first thing on Saturday morning to make sure I everything was ok (and it was). I would highly recommend Watermark Plumbing, especially if you need someone to come out quickly!

After many of my own attempts to solve my clogged drain, I called Watermark. The woman on the phone was very friendly and I got service in about 2 hours. The plumber was polite and worked very efficiently. Extra parts purchased were not added to the bill. The price was low compared to other plumbers I've used, and the job was done within an hour. They offered a 7 day warranty, and left me with a mug with their new logo. I would highly recommend this business.

I have used Watermark several times and they are always very prompt (sometimes the same day!). From a leaky faucet to repairing a toliet and refrigerator water line, they are excellent. Their plumbers are incredibly knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you are getting your money's worth. They have even not charged me if it was a simple fix that I could do my self. I also love that they send you an email and text with a bio on the plumber who will come. Always friendly, and they get the job done. I can't say enough about them.

I was really impressed with the service we received. I reached out on Tuesday, on behalf of my company and Jennifer was more than happy to help. She had someone dispatched to come out the next day. I received an email with Corey's picture, a little bio about him and the company. When Corey got here, he was friendly and knowledgeable. After he looked at our sink, he gave us 3-4 options of what we could do, his recommendation on which option to choose. He was quick but thorough with the installation and repair of our garbage disposal and replaced a pipe without being asked. He showed us pictures of all the work. 11/10 recommend

I used Watermark for hot water heater maintenance. They sent someone the same day while other companies could not send someone out for 3 days. Bryan was a highly experienced and knowledgable plumber. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. He was very thorough and carefully tested everything when the job was complete. I would definitely use Watermark again.
