Be very careful of Watermark plumbing because he will totally rip you off if he can. We were in a hurry and too trusting. He charged $250 for 30 minutes of work that is simple & routine. 1. he installed the supply line and fill-valve (charged $100), and 2. he put in a new shut off valve ($150). We supplied the materials, and he charged $250 for his labor of 30 minutes, what a total rip off. We learned our lesson and will never used them again, not even in emergencies. Be warned, there are other honest companies that will come out quickly.

Just before lockdown, we had a plumbing emergency. Ryan came right out to examine the problem and give us an estimate of the cost, even though it was a Sunday. He was very professional , polite and had very fair pricing. I highly recommend him if you need an honest, professional and fair plumber.

Honest is the first word that comes to mind when working with Ryan. I dealt with about a dozen people for various services on my leak and Ryan was the most honest by far. Also, he was prompt and kept me informed, texting when he was on his way and responded in a timely manner. He was able to accurately diagnose the issue and provided a reasonable estimate by looking at the exterior of the house only as opposed to others who came in and looked around and still did not do as well. Ryan worked quickly and when options were available he asked what was my preference instead of thinking what was easiest for him. His work looks very professional, especially compared to what I had before, and my drain is working well. Of course, he was masked up the entire time and kept his distance. Also, he put on booties each time he entered the house and took them off each time he was leaving so the booties actually did serve their purpose. Thanks, Ryan!

Watermark plumbing came at the recommendation of home inspector. He didn't let me know he was there or introduce himself. He ran the camera to do sewer inspections and hit an offset he couldn't pass. Typically plumbers will run waster to get past offsets. He didn't and quoted $4500 to fix the offset which he said was 2.5 feet down in front yard. The rest of sewer was never inspected. I hired another company who had no problem passing that offset and found the sewer line didn't go to the front of the house (which is where we were told the offset was) but in fact ran to the back of the house to a septic tank. Watermark inspection was a total waste of money! Thank God we hired someone competent to find out the house is on a septic tank and didn't hire them for any work. I would never use them again.

We live in a 60-year-old home with cast iron drain pipes. We had a kitchen sink blockage and called Ryan to rescue us. He arrived promptly, and determined that the blockage was the result of a rusted out iron main line under the house. Into the crawl space under the house he went, and replaced a section of the cast iron drain line.
In the entire process, he and his assistant worked carefully and quickly, and were courteous and neat. We thought the price he charged was more than fair.
I would definitely call Ryan again. He definitely knows what he's doing and how to treat customers. He's super nice and friendly; clean and wholesome in appearance.

We are so happy with the work that Ryan provided for us. While on vacation, our house sitter informed us that the guest bathtub had a strange 'waterfall' sound after running the water and after some investigation, she discovered that the water was leaking out on the ceiling into our backyard. Since we couldn't do anything about it until we arrived back home, we called Ryan, gave him a brief description of the situation, and he said he would be able to check it out when we were back in town. He arrived promptly at the time he told us and was able to resolve the issue in all about an hour. He was very professional and most of all, I was impressed that he was able to fix it on the spot. If we ever have another plumbing issue, we will definitely be calling back.

I highly recommend Ryan if you have a plumbing problem. We had a major blockage in our sewer line that others had told us would require a $10,500 replacement job. Ryan spotted some root problems with his camera and told us he could fix the problem with a hydro-jet for less than $2,000. He spent almost 3 hours on the job and explained every step of the process (and how to avoid future root blockages). Great guy who works his butt off and knows how to fix nasty problems. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I have plumbing problems.
