I wanted to post an update because I am still hopeful to hear back from Ryan, because he did seem like a good person. But just a note to others to read my experience and shop around for an honest plumber before getting taken advantage of like I did. PLEASE AVOID Watermark. I asked him before, as well giving him a call after to give him a chance to make things right, and still did not want to address what he did to me. In his mind it is okay to take advantage of customers. Do not make the same mistake I did. Please shop around for an honest business.

We called them for a sewer inspection . We scheduled the appointment , confirmed it. We showed up to the property and they didn't show, no call. NOTHING. We called them and they informed us they had to cancel and reschedule The appt. ... For two days later and gave us the Cable Company ""time frame"" of arriving within a two hour window. They were there for 20 minutes for there $150. Not exactly the professionalism I would expect from any business or tradesperson.

There are plenty of reputable plumbers out there. I would not use this one again .

Ryan was great! He showed up and quickly found the problem. He was very reasonably priced, and new what he was doing. The gas company came and shut my gas off because of a leak into my gas fire place. He fixed it in short time and got everything back up and working. Thanks Ryan

On Sunday morning (Fathers' Day) I realized that I had what turned out to be a major leak and called a few plumbers. Ryan was the only one to respond and said that he'd be able to come out in 1-2 hours. He arrived in only 35 minutes!

He was courteous, professional, and very sensitive that I was on my way to my first Fathers' Day brunch -- he got the leak fixed quickly and I will certainly call on Watermark again in the future.

Ryan came over on short notice to replace a leaking angle stop under our kitchen sink. I couldn't budge the old one as it was about 25 years old and corroded in place. Ryan had no problems with the replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend his services. He came across as professional, honest, and trustworthy. Once again, highly recommend!

Ryan installed a whole house filtration system as well as did the rough plumbing on a bathroom remodel. On both projects he did a great job at a very fair price. Very reliable, very communicative. Does what he says he's going to do. Overall a very good contractor.
