Service was prompt and friendly, however, the price was outrageous in my opinion. I smelled a little gas when in the attic changing a furnace filter. Our gas main cones in there to a regulator. I used a little soapy water to find a leak in the regulator. When the tech arrived he said he had to charge me $270!!! to do the soap test himself before he would just replace the regulator. $270 to spray some soapy water that I had already done. Skip this company.

Service Requested in 2022 - Water heater decided that it preferred to have the water on the outside, instead of the inside. We respectfully disagreed with the water heater, because that arrangement severely impacted our ability to take hot showers. We called a few places, and liked the vibe from Waterman's. Jose came out, did an amazing job, and was very professional and pleasant. We are happy with the service and the price of Waterman's Plumbing, and we are thankful that they took our side in the fight with our old water heater. (The new water heater saw what Jose did to the old one, and it has not given us any lip!)

Service Requested Sept 19, 2023 - After Jose gave our old water heater a ride in his van that would have made Tony Soprano proud, we decided it was time to do a couple of upgrades, so we bought 2 new toilets, some sink faucets, new bathtub hardware and a shower valve thingy (that's the technical term for it, "thingy"...if you don't know what that is, you're probably not technical enough). Once again, Jose came to the rescue with one of his associates. They did a great job for a fair price, and we are happy once again!

Service Requested Feb 07, 2024 - The water heater that we had "taken care of" (wink, wink) in 2022 apparently had relatives living under my front lawn, because in the middle of the night, the pipe that feeds our home decided that it, too, wanted the water that was on the inside to be on the outside. I woke up at 4:30 am to take a shower, and was surprised to find the smallest trickle of water dribbling out. To my dismay, checking other faucets yielded the same results. I proceeded to go outside to investigate, and found that there was water streaming from my grass and down the street. I then noticed a baseball mound in my front lawn that had not been there previously. After turning the water off at the meter, the mound eventually flattened out, and I had confirmed the horrible news...the broken pipe was on my side of the meter, and was therefor MY responsibility. I started looking up the amount of money I could get for selling my organs, and then I remembered WATERMAN'S PLUMBING! So I called up, and they scheduled Tony and Chris to come and help restore our water (and sanity). Of course, since Jose had been our go-to-guy in clutch situations, we were worried that Tony and Chris might not be as awesome. But Waterman's came through again, Tony and Chris were excellent, nice, professional and amazing.

In baseball, if you get 3 strikes, you're out. What do you call it when a company keeps hitting grand slams every time?

I thought I needed to replace my water main, it didn't shut off like I expected. Upon arrival, Mike closed and opened it a few times, the valve was fine - it may have had some crud in there which prevented it from closing all the way. Mike could have done the job anyway, but being an honest man he said the valve was fine. SO while he was here, I had him do some other work that was nagging me. Honest, personable, VERY clean job, very fair price. I scored when I found Watermans.

I came home at 6pm to a leaking water heater. I called and left a vm after hours. They called me back same night and scheduled an appt to replace my water heater at 8am the next day. Very professional, super friendly, and painless transaction!

Jose came to our house again to help with another issue than before. Again I can not say enough nice things about him and the company Waterman's Plumbing he represents. Absolutely no high pressure dealing but explains the issue and explains the possibility of future issues. Takes care of the problem, no mess, and I feel at a reasonable price.

I have wanted to add Waterman's Plumbing to the recommended businesses for a while, but always forget. Our water pipes burst last night. Water flooded our laundry room and kitchen. I left an after hours message for them last night. At 8am this morning, sweet Jennifer called me to let me know someone would be here today. Mike just left and fixed 2 pipes, cleaned up the floors and the price and service was REALLY AMAZING! He told us what to do from now on to keep this from happening and was so nice and professional. A few years ago they saved us a bunch of money. They are really nice and truly care about you and your needs. I HIGHLY recommend Waterman's Plumbing!

Called Waterman's Plumbing in an emergency - Mike the owner came out and fixed the problem immediately. He surveyed the problem, and fixed it. He explained everything in detail, and got the work done. He was courteous and great service, love the fact that they are a family owned company!

Water heater went up. Waterman's was very up front about cost, the unit and model they were putting in, warranty, and all of that on the phone, without me having to ask. Came out that day and got a new water heater installed, and best price of the places I checked. Very happy with the service, and nice to use a local, family-owned company!

They were very friendly and accommodating when I called to schedule the appointment. Once he arrived, Ray introduced himself to me. He changed out a couple of faucets and did a great job. He was very friendly and gave me some advice on a couple other things too.

My parents referred me to this place, and I'm glad. Jose replaced my 21 year old water heater with a brand new one. I have to say that I've been having the best hot showers and I'm grateful. Jose did a superb job and was professional and polite. To me, the price was reasonable. Thank you!!
