Excellent experience!! The service technician Brandon Harrison was professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything he did to fix the problems. The pricing was very reasonable and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged like so many other companies do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!!

I highly recommend Waterman's Plumbing...10 STARS! I had a plumbing emergency yesterday & called several companies that could not make it out until the following week. Thank goodness Waterman's called me back right away & they were at my house within 2 HOURS! The service technician Brandon Harrison was very professional & knowledgable and was able to honestly address & fix multiple issues within an hour and he even took the time to show & explain every thing he did to fix the problems. I was very happy at how reasonable the price was for the visit and did not feel that they were trying to take advantage of situation by overcharging me, also impressed with the 1 year warranty of products. They are a perfect example of how smaller companies are able to offer their customers excellent service & pricing that larger companies may not offer due to increased fixed & variable costs that effect the customer pricing.

I called Waterman's Plumbing to come out and look at a sewer line blockage at the master bath and bring the camera, please. Brandon and Brian came out on a dark and rainy day and they checked the main line for the blockage only to find that roots were the problem. Brandon gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and we proceeded to schedule the repair for Friday the 20th. They showed up on time and completed the repair, cleaned up and are due back on Monday to install the toilet. Very nice young men, did a neat professional job and would use again in a heart beat. Jennifer was also very professional and timely with her emails. Thanks for a professional job !!! Cost was very very reasonable.

Best experience I've had with a home repair. My service technician Brandon and his collegue were awesome. They were exactly on time, curteous, diagnosed and explained problem quickly. I have used this company 4 times and each time they have done an excellent job. Fixed sink issues, toilet issue, swapped out a copper line with a flex hose to a dishwasher and just installed a new hybrid water heater (which was a little difficult due to space). Jen, the person who handles the calls is extremely pleasant. They arrive on time and do the job. Thumbs up!

I could not have had a better experience with Watermans Plumbing. I was already feeling super apprehensive because I was terrified of repair costs. I had been told my house had a sewer line slab leak, and against my better judgment, I went online to research possible prices and nearly had a coronary. It's kind of like WebMD for homeowners. Just don't do it.

The office manager, Jennifer, is a gem. She was patient, returned all my calls very promptly, and was just nice to talk to. She was warm, and made me feel very much at ease. She also also would text me with updates that I needed. Great service, all around. The diagnostic prices were very reasonable, and were far lower than other prices I had been quoted elsewhere. The work was done fast, and the price ended up being much lower than I anticipated, which was great!!

I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work you need. They were a breath of fresh air for me during a very stressful time!
