Without any hesitation I highly highly recommend this plumbing outfit because they have total integrity, total honesty, reasonable rates for the work performed and they get things done on time. From the time I contacted these professionals, from the gentleman who is manning the dispatch, from the plumber who showed up at my home......extremely courteous pleasant to speak with very efficient with his work thorough all the way, I cannot possibly say enough good things about this plumbing company. There are many many ripoff plumbers out there to avoid but WaterMac is not one of them. I would highly recommend WaterMac to anyone for any type of plumbing work. The side of their truck says ""our specialty is honesty and integrity""....Well that is exactly what I have experienced with this excellent excellent plumbing company. Thank you for being reasonable, honest and thorough.

We've hired WaterMac Plumbing twice and will continue to for all our plumbing needs ! Kyle came both times and the first time he went out of his way to help us, we had a Rebath shower, the faucet was leaking badly. Every other plumber told me the wall would have to be knocked down or some just out right refused. Kyle was nice enough to talk to the company that made the part I needed and fixed it ! Yesterday he installed a double sink, great job and the best part is they didn't rip us off ! I would highly recommend them !

What a great overall experience with WaterMac Plumbing. Igor the owner was VERY professional and extremely responsive. From the beginning was he was completely transparent and accommodating. We scheduled a time for our appointment, i received a text when he was on his way and guess what unlike many contractors i've dealt with in the past showed up on time! When he got here he introduced himself and was personable. It seemed like perhaps there was potentially a misunderstanding on the # of faucets that needed to be fixed but he even handled that Professionally and i didnt feel like i was being taken advantage of. While he was here i also asked about adding a valve and he didnt try to ""sell"" it to me hard like others may have and/ or give me a ridiculous price. Again, he gave me the info and let me decide...Overall, i HIGHLY recommend Igor and frankly he most likely just became my family's ""official"" plumber based on our experience!!!

we had a blocked sewage issue that caused flooding in our basement. When Kyle showed up he didn't have the right equipment so he left to go get it and come back. A little frustrating... but figured I'd still give them a try. Came back with another guy and I could hear them goofing off and making jokes in the basement instead of just getting the work done. When they did finish they said they would write up a bill and wanted to know if I'd pay cash or credit card. I said can I do credit card, but they never provided a bill. I didn't argue because i just wanted them out of my home. So my husband called the owner after and let him know we felt they they overcharged us, and the owner just argued and said they did the work. they charged a lot of money to just fix the blockage but not clean up the mess. (We ended up renting a shopvac and cleaning it ourselves) Overall wouldn't call them again because I just felt uncomfortable in my own home and wanted them out ASAP, and didn't find them professional.

Igor saved us. We had a blockage in our main sewer line. This was a true emergency the line was backing up into our basement. No description necessary. Finally found out if we waited a long time it slowly receded ,cold quick showers and limited flushing made life miserable. We called several plumbers but no-one concidered our problem an emergency. Finally Watermac was suggested. They responded immediately, worked fast knew exactly what to do. Fast, efficient, clean, friendly. I could go on but you get the idea.
I have recommended them to others who also received excellent service. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

Responsive, prompt and courteous but their itemized estimates and actual invoice did not reconcile. I received an estimate for 4 issues, they worked on 3 of the issues but charged me MORE than the itemized estimate and said ""it was for all of that extra work""...in short, I was overcharged which included being charged for a part/labor that did not correct one of the issues (otherwise 4 star service for sure). I must say, the owner is a nice guy. He came back to my location over the weekend to identify a couple of lingering issues and had his staff return the next business day to make the adjustment.

Without a doubt, my best plumbing experience.
Starting with a gas line repair to a boiler. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Later in the week, I was having a dishwasher installed, they came to repair and replace the valve going to the dishwasher. They came on the same day I called. Very reasonable prices. I will certainly use them again, my go-to plumbers now.

We had a wonderful experience with WaterMac plumbing. Our pipes were frozen and Igor came out last minute and fixed the problem. I had other plumping companies tell me that there was nothing they could do and left me with no options. Igor was so friendly and professional and completed the job in less than an hour. We have a new plumber now and couldn't be happier!
