These guys are con men!! Do not hire them!!

I was in a pinch to find a plumber who could provide same day service. Waterfront Plumbing (the father, Vicente) was available and they came out and provided me with a quote $650. Vicente verbally explained that there would be, ""extensive digging required to reach and inspect a leaking pipe"" in my front yard. Hearing his explanation of the work I assumed this job would require several hours. I agreed based on the description and details. However, To my surprise, there was NO digging literally ZERO, and he finished the job in 45 minutes. When I questioned him about the obvious discrepancy between what was verbally told to me and what was delivered on top of the fact it took less than an hour, I was met with, "" you could have gone with someone' else."" I was shocked Vicente stood firm on the $650.
Lesson learned, we did receive an additional quote for $250-350 for the same work. $10 PVC pipe cost, but again based on the verbal description provided by Waterfront, we believed that the other plumber was grossly underestimating the extent of work required.
Then we had a family friend with their own reputable plumbing business (not in SD, but OC) urge us to say something b/c we were definitely over charged.
I hope this encourages others to ask for a detailed list of tasks and work on paper with a cost breakdown. I know we'll do that next time.

Squeezed us in for an emergency plumbing issue. We were selling our home and our daughter accidentally dropped a toy down the toilet which clogged it up. They came out within an hour and got it fixed for us. Would recommend! Great guys!

The main line to the house was cracked by a giant branch. Waterfront plumbing was willing to come out on Christmas day and gave us a reasonable estimate to repair it. Other plumbing companies holiday rates were exorbitant. Their response time was impressive. They explained what and why they were doing things. They went above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. The quality of work was great, because they did things that other plumbers would not even bother to do. If we need plumbers in the future we will certainly be calling them again. Thank you Waterfront Plumbing for your integrity. Finally, a plumbing company I can trust!

Marco answered my call immediately and was able to come that same day at a time that worked with my schedule. He and Vincent came ON TIME which is unheard of when it comes to contractors. They were both wearing masks, which is important during these times. They were able to find the source of the leak quickly and were able to fix it! They were clean, respectful and efficient during their work and the whole thing took less than 2 hours! They were incredibly reasonably priced especially for a same day service call!
