I wish ALL contractors were this amazing. WaterCrest has done several backflow tests for me in the past. They are prompt, courteous, and excellent communicators. This time around, I had a leak in my assembly and John gave me options and answered all of my questions. Instead of repairing it, I had him remove the assembly as it was no longer needed and I got the same amazing level of service that I have come to expect from him, not to mention a very clean removal job. I am kind of bummed that I don't need their services any longer, but they will get my recommendation every time.

I tried a few other companies first to do my backflow testing. One said they'd do it, never followed through and didn't return my calls after it was past due. The others didn't return my calls soon enough. John returned my call that day, and completed the test and submitted it to the city the next day. He was professional and reliable.
