Bernie C.Updating my review as I had asked Kevin to come out and do a winterization service in early October. The warm weather delayed the service, and I followed up 11/7 to get him out on 11/16. He was a no-show for that appointment and didn't give any indication why until I followed up the following Monday (reason was understandable so I gave a 2nd chance). He rescheduled to 11/20, but had to postpone to 11/23. Well, on 11/23 it was the same story - no show, and no call. There will be no 3rd chance. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
