Had them check my furnace and guy did a good job of looking through everything and explaining a couple of things to me. He also took the time to clean it really good especially areas where I could not reach.

my water main valve went out late Friday night and I called and spoke with the after hours service. The next morning (Saturday) they sent out an on-call plumber and 45 minutes later...I had water back to the house! Awesome customer service and speedy delivery. I highly recommend!

If I could put 0 stars I would but that isn't an option. My furnace went out yesterday morning. Kelly from Waterbury was the technician that came to assess the issue the. I have an old furnace but has been working great all winter. He told me the motor in the furnace is broken and that they don't make this motor anymore. The only options he left me with were to buy a similar motor for $500 (with no gaurentee it would fix the issue) or buy a completely new furnace for 3 grand. Come to find out they do still make the motor and it was an easy and cheap fix by someone else ($200). While Kelly was profession, I feel as though I was professionally taken advantage of. I am young and this is my first house and my knowledge about furnace's is minimal but there were many red flags. If this company is comfortable with trying to take advantage of a young women in crisis I believe that depletes all moral and ethical value of this company. I highly recommend never using their services.

we had issues on Thanksgiving with our kitchen drain. I called roto rooter and they came out and said that they hit clay when they went down the drain with a snake and we would need a plumber to come and dig up our floor and look at the pipes. So, I called Waterbury and told them EXACTLY what roto rooter said. a guy named , Ron, came out . He literally walked in and I told him what happened and he walked downstairs and looked at it and said "" you realize we will have to jackhammer your floor"" I said yes. He said I don't think they knew what they are doing, you should call around the clock. and then he charged me $100. for NOTHING. he did nothing, wasn't even in my house more than 1 minute and he refused to do any work or look at anything. I then called round the clock and roto rooter was right. ron from waterbury is rude, obnoxious and lazy. I had to pay $100 to have him walk out of his truck and say no. He said, I thought I was here to fix a drain. It isnt my fault his dispatch lady doesn't know what she is doing or didn't relay the right info to him, but they still charged me $100 . So disappointed in them. I will make sure anyone I know does nOT use them

I utilized Waterbury for a situation with my Waterheater. Ron, the service man, was fantastic. He was on time and worked hard to get the job done. I was VERY disappointed with how the billing was handled. Waterbury begins charging you once they service man leaves the previous job (Yes. The clock starts ticking even though they have done ZERO work on your project). For my project, Ron worked for 20 minutes and than had to wait for a part for nearly 45 minutes. Once the part arrived, he spent about 15 minutes putting the part in and getting the water heater through the start up cycle. I was billed $190 dollars for labor and travel time for 35 minutes of work. In addition, no differential was offered for the down time. Same hourly rate. Mark, the business manager, was rude and unaccommodating. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Water heater was pouring water out the top when I went to feed the cat this morning. Called Waterbury because I have a couple of friends that work there & they were at my house within about an our. My water heater was replaced with a new one in about another hour. I was pleased with there quick responce,they placed blankets over the whole floor to protect the carpet & wore bootys over there shoes. I also found the price reasonable.
