Had a water emergency at 3 AM, placed a call to WaterBoy Plumbing, and received a call back within 10 minutes from Bruce. Bruce was very kind and understanding of the nature of the emergency call and came over to see what the problem was within a very short period of time.

He came back the next morning with Justin (I hope I remembered his name correctly) to make all the needed repairs.

They repaired all the problems and explained everything I needed to do when the water was turned back. They both explained everything that was done and how each fix worked.

I am not a first-time customer, actually, this was the third time I have had WaterBoy Plumbing services come to my home, but I can say they are the best. Such a wonderful group of people.

Thank you again, Bruce, for coming out on the 3 AM call.

I had been told there was a drainage problem in my garage. I was really worried and called Water Boy about that and about leaky outside taps. They diagnosed my problem (no drainage problem after all--just chemical stains) and fixed the leaky outside taps. Great people--excellent to work with, knowledgeable and kind.

These guys were fantastic! We woke up with no water on Monday morning. They immediately called me back and were at our house within 20 minutes. After spending nearly a full day at our house and walking myself and my husband through EVERYTHING they were doing, our well was in perfect working order. Installed a new sump pump in my basement less than the originally quoted price. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about them and their work. They were easy to talk to over the phone and worked with my schedule to have the work completed. They showed up on time and completed the work in one day even after running into some problems. The owner even helped me troubleshoot my gas furnace that was not working at the time. The installation was clean and very well done. I am looking forward to working with them again and having my pressure tank replaced.

Wonderful guys - I highly recommend! They got me scheduled as quick as they could and worked on 2 sinks and 2 tubs for me. Not only was their work excellent, but they also took the time to explain what was broken and how it was fixed. I appreciate their honesty and trustworthiness.
