Got a huge water bill in the mail and called Tennessee American Water, since they just installed a new meter. After dealing with them for 3 weeks with no result and the water still running, I called Water Works Plumbing last Thursday and made an appointment for the following week. The girl said it would be Tuesday-Wednesday when they'll be able to come, and they will call me beforehand. Fast Forward to Wednesday afternoon. I called again to make sure they are coming. The girl told me that Todd will call me back, which he did, just to tell me that no appointment was ever scheduled for this work and they are busy all the way through the holidays. After announcing that he promptly hung up.
