We highly recommend Mike with Waterworks Plumbing for your propane line installation. He works very hard at getting your job done (regardless of the time of day) for you and he is very pleasant to work with. I do recommend you plan in advance as they are very busy, and that's because they are so good at what they do. Thank you Mike for doing such a great job!

I had found out I needed some major repairs when I moved in last 6/2017. I had home warranty and they call water Works Plumbing. WWP called me within 1 day. They came to my home in Carson Gave me an estimate and said we can repair but would have more issues later and suggested to replace all black drain plumbing. They gave me such a great deal, warranty paid part of cost and took most day. They did such an outstanding job. They even replaced the water lines to toilets no extra cost and replaced parts to fix dripping bath tube. You have plumbing issues call Water Works Plumbing.

This company was referred to us by our home warranty provider. They were very unprofessional and I would never recommend them. We asked them to come in fix three issues. We had an issue with the P-trap, problem with our recirculation pump, and an issue with our jacuzzi tub. The owner Rick came in and talked badly about the home warranty company telling us that he did not need this work from them and that he was plenty busy with other work. He came in with no tools. Instead of fixing the recirculation he just bypassed it and said they were a waste of time. He refused to look at the tub and admitted he did not know anything about tubs. (When they called me to schedule the appointment I told them the specific problems and the three things we needed to be fixed. They should have told me at that time that they could not work on the tub.) As for the P-trap, he did nothing but run water in the shower.

Overall we felt he came in and did not provide any service. I will call our home warranty company to let them know and ask for another company to be sent out.

They are great! Matt is the technician that services our house and he is not only competent, but personable, a very good communicator - which is good b/c I'm not particularly mechanically oriented :). We trust Water Works to take care of our hydronic system, to do so at a very reasonable price, and would strongly recommend them to anyone. In fact, we just had Burgarello Alarm come and upgrade our system and we needed to disconnect the old one from the HVAC control (don't ask me why it was all connected but sometime 10+ years ago it must have made sense). I asked them who they would recommend and he said that they always call Water Works. That says a lot.

I'm not sure that words can fully express how amazing Rick and his entire team are! When our main drain collapsed, Rick worked to get it fixed in an expedited manner. His work is incredible and he does not believe in price gouging so his prices are beyond reasonable. I could not be more please with his work and the responsiveness of his team!

My disposer broke and under my sink smelled like death. I like most people went to Yelp for recommendation on plumbers. I called several of the more well known companies and was shocked at the price quoted to replace my 1/3 HP disposal.
I called Water Works Plumbing and spoke with the owner Jeanee. She was very helpful and quoted me a price that was substantially lower than their competitors.
On the day of service, Anthony came by at the scheduled time. He replaced my disposal and showed me how it was clogged up and where the crack was. He even mentioned that there was a small leak on a pipe near the disposal that just needed to be tightened. He tested work after installing disposal. He cleaned up his work area.
I will definitely be recommending Water Works to all my friends and family. Great service at a great price!

Rick is AMAZING! He comes... Does the job correctly... and does NOT charge a fortune. He is very fair and professional. It is local businesses like this that we need to support! Will never use anyone else!
