I'm not sure that words can fully express how amazing Rick and his entire team are! When our main drain collapsed, Rick worked to get it fixed in an expedited manner. His work is incredible and he does not believe in price gouging so his prices are beyond reasonable. I could not be more please with his work and the responsiveness of his team!

My disposer broke and under my sink smelled like death. I like most people went to Yelp for recommendation on plumbers. I called several of the more well known companies and was shocked at the price quoted to replace my 1/3 HP disposal.
I called Water Works Plumbing and spoke with the owner Jeanee. She was very helpful and quoted me a price that was substantially lower than their competitors.
On the day of service, Anthony came by at the scheduled time. He replaced my disposal and showed me how it was clogged up and where the crack was. He even mentioned that there was a small leak on a pipe near the disposal that just needed to be tightened. He tested work after installing disposal. He cleaned up his work area.
I will definitely be recommending Water Works to all my friends and family. Great service at a great price!

What do you know! It's Christmas Eve and the water heater goes out! I contact my home warranty company and within hours Rick was there ready to figure out what's going on. Soon we find out my old water heater was no more and had to be replaced. Rick called the warranty company and got a replacement approved. I had to go to work so I left Rick at the unit to come back to a complete job! Everything as agreed! Thanks so much Rick it was a breath of fresh air doing business with you!! I definitely will recommend Water Works Plumbing to anyone in need!

Rick (owner) does his jobs at a fair price and is a really good hearted young man . Most importantly he's a excellent plumber! We've had him do several jobs for us and we will continue to pick him for all of our future jobs .

I needed a leaky tub/shower faucet replaced, I was recommended to Water Works. I wish I could remember who recommended them because I am forever thankful!! With Water Works, I am reminded of the service my parents used to get way back in the 1960's, when ""service"" meant something; and that says alot.
This is a company you can trust, period. In my whole adulthood, I think this is maybe the 2nd time I placed a review. I generally don't take the time to do this, but Water Works impressed me a great deal.

The bottom line is Rick totally exceeded my expectations. He helped me with new water, drain and gas lines for a laundry room that I am putting in and extended thicker gas lines to my furnace. Rick is trustworthy and nice to be around. He fit me in even though he has been super booked up. His rate was totally reasonable also.
