Plumber assesses situation and tells me that he was told by the office that they need him to go to another appointment instead. He can't complete the work until next week when they aren't overbooked. I called the office and James (I believe business owner) does not hesitate to tell me that he needs his worker to not complete the job as needed and instead come back next week because it would take too long to go to home depot (1.3 miles away, 5 mins per google maps). So they would rather inconvenience than do it the right way and complete the job they said they would.

Thank you Eliseo/Will for replacing my vintage pull chain toilet with a water efficient toilet. You were on time did not make a mess and tested the new one before you left. I will miss the old one, and I appreciate that it lasted as long as it did.

The technicians were young but very knowledgeable. Went right to the job, got the job done fast. Very nice to deal with. I was updated on when they would arrive to my house, the office person was very nice as well. Would definitely hire them again.

Totally blown away with how Eliseo and Miles handled themselves. They came out off a warranty claim and was top notch. I will be using these folks for future non warranty repairs. I could go on and on but my five star rating says it all.... you wont be disappointed with Water Works

Our home warranty company sent Water Works Plumbing out to aid. Much, much better than previous companies we have worked with. The young plumber assigned to our job was extremely knowledgeable. He actually took the time to explain what he was going to do, what he would be looking for, as well as gave preventative advise. He came with a mat to collect any possible debris and thoroughly cleaned his work area when the job was done.

Biggest impression, was that for our particular job we were given a 30 day guarantee!

We will request this company moving forward as well as recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Worst communication and service company.
I found them rated highly on home advisor thinking it was a good bet. I was extremely wrong.
I scheduled them to come check out almost two days later. I had to leave work to make the times offered.
They call me about 4 time in between to see if I can fill a cancelled appointment and telling me the plumber will be here soon.
The ""plumber"" or maybe a 17 year old kid shows up at the door telling me $89 for me just him verifying the leak.
On their website it says free estimates. Never once was this rate mentioned to me in the 4 times I spoke with the company.
I pay the rates disclosed to me and for work to be done.
What I don't do is get taken advantage of by companies who have hidden costs and want to take advantage of you because you are desperate.
Now I can't trust this company and home advisor!!!
