I was referred to WaterWorks by our home warranty plan after a different contractor flaked on us. This is our first time using our home warranty so this is all new to us. I received a call from James shortly after I requested a different contractor. He was able to send someone out the same day!
Eliseo is the technician who came out and I am so glad he did! He was EXCELLENT! He is young but is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and gave my husband a little bit of plumbing 101! LOL!
As first time home buyers we were so stressed about the leak that we were experiencing from the master bath coming down to the kitchen AND another leak in a different bathroom. Yes, when it rains it pours!! He fixed both leaks :-) no biggie!
I was expecting the damage to be a lot worse in my kitchen but I can deal with one hole in the ceiling lol it is a minor fix. It was a pleasure to have him come over and I will definitely request for him again. Thank you, thank you , thank you!!

Used them before and had great service. Called them because we had a pipe leak under the driveway. Long story short he charged me $1000 for appx 5 hrs work. And to top it off they had to come back the next day as the repair was no good. Leaking.
Not acceptable !!

After James Stevens denies coverage on a 12 month warranty to repair his workmanship on a faulty shower valve his business installed, and Julie confirmed would be covered. James refused to do the repair work unless we paid $180.00.

Came to me through Old Republic Home Warranty and what a great find. In addition to the warranty work I had a pressure valve installed and a new toilet in a newly purchased home. Really nice and helpful company.

Highly recommended! I needed a 3/8 valve for a new dryer and my previous plumber flaked on me. Not WaterWorks! They offered excellent service, at a reasonable price and within just a few hours of me calling them! Scott is awesome and did a great job installing the new valve. I will hire their services again.

I originally was referred to Water Works by my home warranty company, so I was skeptical - they've sent some pretty questionable repair people in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I share a wall with my neighbor, who the plumber could hear working on the other side, and since he had come to clear a clog in my drain which he suspected was past the point of where my plumbing merged with my neighbor's, he insisted on going next door to see if the workers there had done anything to cause the clog. He was professional, friendly and thorough.

Fast forward to when I was having some insurance repairs done, and encountered a situation where my contractor needed to send his plumber out for some out-of-scope work, his plumber didn't call me back for a day and a half! I remembered how great Water Works was, so I called them, and they were able to get a couple of guys out right away to solve my problem. They were also happy to give me an estimate for another job that my contractor's plumber refused to quote me for.

These are the sweetest most considerate and thorough group of professionals you could ask for. They went right to work, diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate to replace my garbage disposal. My problem was a leak under my kitchen sink. When they said I needed a new disposal I remembered I had insurance that could cover this. They told me to call my insurance and they would go back to their truck and wait until I contacted them to see if a disposal is covered. In about 15 to 30 minutes I went out and thanked them and told them it was covered and asked them what this service call would cost. They said nothing but asked if I would recommend them to my friends. This is my second experience with Water Works where they left without compensation. Last time they were only here for 15 minutes for a stuck faucet and they left without charging me anything. This time around 45 minutes and yes in the past they have worked on plumbing here that was repaired as expected.

Have used them twice. The first time they hydro jetted my out side yard drain and drains around my pool - remodelers buried my drain under new grass, they were able to hydro jet through and clear out my drain and find out where the other end was hidden.

The second time my kitchen sink was clogged, they came the same day I called and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They got both my issues fixed within the price quoted and in a quick efficient manner.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid plumber that wont cheat you.
