Used Water Works Plumbing yesterday and I must say that i was extreamly impressed. Will was local and new exactly where to start with my problem. I would highly recommened this company. His rates were competitive and fair!!! thanks again Will.

Thank you, Will! We came home from work and noticed we had no hot water and our new (and otherwise reliable Eternal Tankless water heater) was flashing an error message. I called Will since he installed the unit and knew about the warranty and he came out to take a look a couple hours later.
A quick assessment later it turns out the HVAC guys who were here this morning removing our furnace turned off our gas, forgot to cap the line, and didn't let us know about it. Will didn't charge us for the service call, and even offered to come back and make a minor upgrade to the water heater later this week.
I'm glad I chose Will at Water Works to install our water heater - I'm happy to recommend his knowledge, service and support.

I called Water Works because of the wonderful Yelp reviews and overall I was satisfied with the way the problem was resaolved.

I had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Will returned my call and showed up when he said he would. He looked at the drain and turned the work over to his assistant. His assistant did all the work. The entire time Will was on his phone texting or talking. The assistant worked unsupervised. Will was out in his truck on the phone working on what appeared to be another job. I assume his charge was reasonable for a professional plumber, but not for an assistant. I paid for a professional to do the work and that is what I expected. I could have gotten a day laborer a whole lot cheaper.

Will I call him again? I am not sure.

I found water works pluming through yelp and called up Will to fix my garbage disposal. Unfortunately before my appointment I had some car problems and had to cancel due to lack of funds. Despite me canceling he came over anyways to give it a look and fixed the problem in under a minute. He didn't ask for a dime! Great, genuine service, I definitely know who I'll be calling next time I have a plumbing problem.

My water heater took a dive on Friday night. I waited to call until Monday morning in order to avoid paying extra for weekend service. I called Will from Water Works at approximately 9:30 in the morning after reading his reviews on Yelp. By 10:30 he was inspecting the water heater. Later that day, a newer, bigger, and more efficient water heater was installed and the luxury of heated water (and a shower) were quickly welcomed!

I highly recommend Water Works. I was 100% completely satisfied with the high level of professionalism and courtesy that Will and his staff provided. They were honest, up front with the cost, and there were no hidden fees added at the end. They even replaced a leaky valve on my backyard hose at no extra cost.

I appreciate this kind of service because it's becoming fewer and farther between these days.

If I need another plumber, I know exactly who I'll be calling! And, thanks to the Yelp community for providing reliable reviews!!!

I looked on Yelp to find a good plumber in my area to fix my hot water heater, and contacted Water Works Plumbing. Will was patient while I tried to decide weather or not to repair an old hot water heater or put the money into a new one. He assured me that if we didn't get it working right he would credit the money toward a new one. Once I decided to go with the repair, he gave me the option of getting the part shipped ground or over night so I would have the choice of speed or cutting off a little money on the shipping. He called when the part came in, and hours later I had my hot water back. His work was reasonably priced, efficient, and professional, and my hot water heater is working perfectly. I will definitely call him for any future pluming needs.

Will from Waterworks plumbing was excellent. Brilliant customer service. Will came over to my house an hour after I called for a plumber. We were having a drainage/toilet problem and my husband and I had tried draino and snaking and nothing was helping. Will walked me through all of the systems and showed me where our drainage ran. At the time he was here we flushed and flushed and ran all the taps but everything was clear. About 10 minutes after they left my daughter used the potty and did a poopoo and, again, the toilet wasn't flushing. I called Will and he was back within 30 minutes to snake out the toilet. Sure enough there was a dinosaur in the potty. I highly recommend Waterworks plumbing. They were very professional, courteous, sincere, and fast!

Like the previous reviewer, I had a problem with a leak in my kitchen sink that another plumber couldn't figure out. Will was able to find the problem and fix it and would not leave the job until it was done. He was reasonably priced, courteous and punctual. I highly recommend Water Works!

Will is great. Very personable, takes the time to explain the problem and what he is doing to repair it. We had already called two plumbers for our kitchen sink, and they both ""repaired"" it, only to have the problem happen again. Will was able to find and repair the problem, and now everything works great! Would definitely call him again.
