Having spent many years with other plumbing companies, I decided in 2004 it was time to open my own plumbing shop. My motivation was to take charge of my career and aimed to provide exceptional plumbing solutions. With the ongoing support of my local clients, I have been in business for over 11 years!
As I continue to plumb, I realize how vital plumbing is in our modern world. We don’t always appreciate the luxury of running water and indoor toilets... until they fail. A plumbing issue can halt our daily activities. So, while humor about plumbers may continue, there is no one more important than the plumber at your door when you face a toilet emergency.

Recommended Customer Reviews
I am very pleased with the work Will and his assistant just completed at my home in Pleasant Hill. He snaked with a sewer rooter to remove roots in the pipe under my house and cleared the back up. I often have a lot of questions and he was very courteous and patient in answering many of them. His rate is very fair and his work thorough. Will is honest in his evaluation and assessment of the problem. He was on time and prompt on getting the work done. I'm glad to have found a trusted and knowledgeable local plumber.
Ray M.Will was very responsive to our call for help and reasonably priced. Our shower control fixture wasn't working well. He asked me to send him a picture of it via cell phone and identified the maker, gave me an estimate which held up and scheduled the work. He is courteous while all business. The job was a success. We'll use him again!
Nice job, Will, you fixed it! So, I have a 3 year old GE branded Rheem water heater that suffered from late ignition. Called one plumber who told me to pour water down the vent and return it, saying that it leaked, which didn't sound too cool to me. So I called the 1-800 number on the owner's manual, GE customer support, explained the issue and they said they'd send someone, who was Will. Will had been informed of the issue with this heater, dug in and fixed it. Couldn't be happier. Thanks, again!
Sam S.They were late and I had to call THEM to reschedule. When they showed up they quoted me $280 to replace four multi-turn valves.
Evanne J.We discovered that both our toilets were backed up right before we were leaving for work! I called Waterworks and one other plumbing company.
Will called back right away even though it was before his work day hours.
He called both my cell and work phone which was much appreciated as I cannot use my cell at work.
I got home earlier than expected and called him - and he was at my house in 45 minutes. He explained everything , cleaned the drain out and fixed the problem efficiently .
I like that Will takes personal care of customers and has pride in his business and work ethic- this is the kind of small business that we are happy to support and promote. Highly recommend!
Carla H.Price was fair, and work was done as quickly as possible.
This review is for a tricky repair done back in December at a rental property I manage. Will got everything working, was considerate of tenant's schedule and inconvenience, and did his best to keep the water shut off to a minimum. Unfortunately, the repair was unusual, and it took much longer than anticipated, with several trips back and forth to the supply store to get necessary parts, and even so, the faucet handle does not sit flush with the wall. If it were my house, I would be disappointed, but since it's a rental, we'll let it slide. Will was nice enough to adjust the bill accordingly, doing some of the work at his own expense. (Although, with all due respect, he is responsible for getting parts, and failure to get all necessary parts in one trip doesn't seem like a customer's problem). But as I said, it was a tricky repair. That said, I would definitely recommend him for work, and will probably use him in the future.
I called 3 local plumbers, and Kevin was the only one to answer his phone right away. After explaining the problem, he gave me a diagnosis that confirmed what I thought. He and his assistant showed up on time and looked at the problem, gave me options on the repair. He explained everything they were doing while they were working, and charged me below his estimated price. He even explained what I could do myself to prevent the problem from re-occurring. If someone needs a plumber in this area, he will be my first recommendation.
Ray P.I called to request an estimate for a plumbing leak in my home. Will said someone would be out the next day after I got home from work at 4:15. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. Will did say when I spoke to him to check his feedback on Yelp! I had the leak fixed by another plumber.
Jodi G.Water Works was referred to me by Eames Hardware when I needed a shower valve replaced.
When the ceiling sheetrock is sagging from a leak a floor above, who do you call? I called Will again.
He was able to come the day the problem appeared, assessed the problem and returned the next day to do the repair.
Not an easy fix in an old building, this time it was the tub overflow leaking, but he got it done and they clean up when they are finished.
Just have to get someone in to fix the ceiling now when it is dried out.
I'm glad that I read Yelp before calling Water Works Plumbing for our job. Will (company owner) came out, exactly on time, explained everything he needed to do and did it fast and efficiently, leaving the cost to a minimum. He also gave us advice about purchasing plumbing fixtures and the name of a great plumbing supply in the area where we ended up finding exactly what we needed. We will definately use Water Works Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.
