I have used Water Works Plumbing for several years. They are fantastic!! They do fast quality work. They just finished a job of replacing our water main to the house. They dug up the yard replaced the pipe and put the yard back the way it was. I highly recommend their work!

I was assigned Water Works Plumbing by my home warranty company and couldn't have been more happy with them. Our tankless water heater was not making hot water. Eliseo came out the same day and tried to diagnose the problem. He figured out it was not an easy fix. He needed to replace some parts. The parts had to be special ordered and arrived the next business day. Julie in the office called me as soon as the parts arrived and Eliseo came over ASAP to install them. My family had hot water again without delay. Also spoke with James in the office. Everyone was very professional and polite. Communication was easy. I would hire them again for any plumbing issues in the future. We were initially assigned another plumber that basically looked at our water heater and said there was nothing wrong and it needed maintenance. They wanted $300 to descale the tank and clean the burners. I am so happy that the people over at Water Works figured out what was really a wrong and fixed it.

They just came and fixed my downstairs toilet in Stevenson Ranch. Eliseo and Cesar. Very nice young men - polite and informative and did a great job. Home warranty took care of the bill and all good. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 young men. This was the 3rd or 4th plumbers I have used from the home warranty company and these guys were by far the best and easies to deal with. Had a plumbing issue in January at my rental property and just couldn't figure out the problem. Had another plumbing company come out in December and they did a terrible job attempting to fix the problem. Lo and behold, our problem was assigned to Water Works and we were so grateful to receive their assistance. A young man named Eliseo came to our property and he is simply gifted and an expert in his craft. Any company should feel honored to have a worker so passionate and skillful in what he does for a living. Eliseo assessed the problem immediately, fix it fast, and communicated with myself and my renter throughout the entire process. Eliseo sent a thorough report via email with pictures and he was extremely professional throughout. I must add that the receptionist that setup the appointment was very professional and attentive before the visit as well. I am very happy with the service I received and I would gladly go back to Water Works for future plumbing issues.

Honest, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, reasonable and no attitude! I'd had 4 contractors (1 a no show) come out (through my Home Warranty Co.) to assess the problem(s) I was having in my Master Bath roman tub, grohe faucet leak, and an old, spent Porcher toilet. All threw up their hands, complained, or just plain had no idea what they were doing (I won't name names but beware.) Finally found Water Works Plumbing! Their team, James the owner initially, then Eliseo who did the work, helped me fully understand the complicated plumbing issue in my home, then fixed it with expertise, also offered expert knowledge on several other plumbing issues, a tankless water heater and a water pressure regulator. Will definitely be using them again.

I want to send a shout out to Eliseo. I called several plumbers in the SCV to provide me an estimate for a punctured gas line in my garage caused by a failed DYI project and after receiving a few quotes that were ranging from $500 to $1,150 and no one with the exception of Eliseo was the only plumber that took the time to properly access the situation, by actually looking at the area by cutting out more of the drywall and seeing how he can do the best and efficient repair to make sure it was approved by the Gad company and wouldn't have issues in the future. After he gave me an estimate which I found reasonable, he also indicated that if any issues arise, it would be at their expense and no hidden costs appeared on my final invoice. This also included a one year warranty. In the future, if I have any plumbing issues; I will be using Water Works Plumbing as long as Eliseo is sent to my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.
