I have been calling upon Dan for all my Plumbing and Heating needs since 2005 when I purchased rental properties in the Greater Binghamton New York area. He is the most honest and trustworthy of trades professional in the area. He is always a phone call away and always guarantees his work.

We had a good experience in the past (around 8 years ago) so we called again. This time it was terrible. Getting in touch with the plumber was worse than getting an appointment with the president. Finally he came, gave his price and disappeared x 2 weeks. He came back after calling to ding out why we never heard back to ""pick"" the most expensive and lucrative part of the job. He did it, we payed and then he said he will call in a week to finish the smallest projects. It was more than 2 months and I called multiple times. I spoke with Dan, he passed the message to the plumber, Steve. However, when he finally came (without notice, he just showed up when I was sleeping after working nights), despite going straight to do what he knew was the problem (he had access to the basement, were the problems was), he just decided to leave his business card. Almost like those kids leaving a graffiti ""I was here"". Nothing happened. I called again, 3 weeks from there, still waiting. Looking for another plumber

I would use them again. They have a team approach. They sent a young technician very quickly but when he got into trouble a more experienced plumber came to his assistance. They were very responsive and went ""off the clock"" for their billing when the experience issue arose.
