I filed a warranty request with Rheem on my 16 month old water heater. They dispatched Water Wise Plumbing. I met with Christian who spent several hours troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem with Rheem tech support. He was punctual, professional, and competent. He also advocated for Rheem to overnight parts so we could get the repair completed sooner. Thanks Christian!

First, and most importantly to us, Curtis was extremely courteous and respectful. He took the time to listen to our attempt to explain the problem with our problem. It involved a hot water/forced air home heating system that he wasn't particularly familiar with. He researched the possible problem and rectified the situation with a sense of urgency that was admirable.
We now have both hot water and a toasty warm home.

Water heater busted and I was without hot water for a day or so. I messaged a few plumbing companies about coming out to help me solve my dilemma and Ryan responded within 5-10 minutes and a weekend day. We were so happy with the staff and technicians at Water Wise. After noticing a leak in our water heater, we called our home insurance company and was referred to their company to process and complete repairs. Our own insurance company was dragging their feet to approve the work, and the office at Water Wise really went to bat for us to get the approval finalized. In addition our tech Christian was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely and efficient manner with a smile on his face. Will definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Water Wise, especially Ryan and Eric. This was the 2nd time Water Wise came out.. the first initial technician came out an hour late and nothing was done due to the warranty verification.. He did say he was gonna follow up with the warranty... First thing in the morning they followed up. Although we had to take a cold shower for one night, the installation of our new unit was a breeze. Ryan and Eric worked as a great team. They did the job quick, efficiently and it looked so easy. They recommended maintenance to keep the life of the heater and suggestions for proper use. They were excellent, in and out within the hour.

STAY AWAY !!!!! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

i have had the worst experience ever with this company i was referred to them from my home warranty company. fist off they showed up late in the evening after the appointment was between 2-3 pm only to tell me that there is nothing we can do too bad we will have to handle it tomorrow. ok i will live with that but the next day they came and disconnected my old water heater and then said we don't have the parts to install the new one. You will have no water until tomorrow and we will come in the morning. they showed up 3 pm. i had to take my expecting wife to a hotel which made it very inconvenient. after coming the following day they installed a pipe then said wait a few hours it will fill up and will work . well to my surprise i have hot water but i have zero water pressure so we are still unable to stay at home yet again. This has been the worst experience i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. they clearly don't t care for your time nor do they stand behind there work. i wanna point out the disaster they made in the process they didn't clean anything up behind themselves leaving metal shavings broken pipes screws ect all around pretty disgusting that the quality of work is so bad.

THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE !!!!

Terrible customer service. Our warranty company dispatched this company to take a look at our water heater that went out. Water wise called me to give me a time between 10am -2pm. Christian did not make it to our house until after 6pm. No courtesy call to tell us anything. Finally gets to the house, and stays about an hour, tells us he is going to put in the diagnosis ASAP and I should see it first thing in the morning. Chk the warranty website at 0830 and nothing. Called the office and was told that Christian had already submitted the diagnosis and waiting in the warranty. I wait an hour and decide to call my warranty company, they advised that ""no, the technician hasn't submitted anything yet"" and that they would call him to submit. I wait another hour, and chk the warranty website nothing. I then called water wise back to advise them (Coral) what the warranty company said and she then contacted Christian to inform him to get the diagnosis in ASAP, still nothing. Customer service is beyond terrible. We are going on three days with no hot water, or water to shower at all. Beyond frustrated with their lack of customer care, truthfulness, and incompetent technician. Call another company if you can!
