My entire career has been in plumbing for as long as I can remember; my father is a plumber, my grandfather has been a plumber. My uncles are plumbers. Plumbing runs in my veins. My father and grandfather owned plumbing companies in the area for a long time, serving their communities. I was meant to do the same. I dedicated time working for large corporate companies that were merged, and I came to resent the way many of these companies treat their customers and workers. Just as plumbing is, customer service is embedded into my core values. I understood I could do better for customers who relied on their local plumbers before being acquired by the big guys.
