OK...My neighbor is a senior. She called me to look at her bathroom. I get there and it was DESTROYED! I am not even kidding. There was a company there for damned near a week. They destroyed her bathroom and was now going to charge her almost $10K to add a toilet and clear a drain. AND they NEVER cleared the drain! That didn't include putting the bathroom back together! A friend referred me to Water Wise and I called them. I asked all communication go through me after what happened to my neighbor regarding the other ""so called"" plumbers. Fred Jr said no problem. He sent Big Fred out to look at the problem, and destruction done to the bathroom. Big Fred not only apologized for the work the other plumbers did, but he said we will get this cleaned up. The Fred's, cleared and repaired her drain and they left her with a working shower at less than HALF the cost the other company quoted her. They are honest, reliable professionals that know their stuff! These guys truly take the time to make sure when they leave, you are absolutely not just satisfied, you are a happy RETURNING customer! You can't ask for more...Truly impressed by their magnificently detailed work!

I would highly recommend- very professional, prompt, thorough in explaining things and extra helpful. Love supporting local businesses, especially when the quality of service is this exceptional. Called with questions about my problem and Fred took time to answer and walk me through some of the solutions. I'd called a few other bigger companies and one wouldn't even give me a ballpark idea of price. We ultimately decided to change out the water heater and he was able to get me in right away to take care of it. Also love the 30 minute heads up and the value for the service was top notch. Fred was recommended to me via Nextdoor and provided me with excellent and affordable service. I was quoted $300 from another plumber to fix a leaky hose bib in my backyard and Fred fixed two of them for me at a third of the cost in less than an hour.
