Water Wise gave a professional finish to our in-progress sewer repair project for under $1,000, about half the cost of the next two lowest quotes.

After my potty overflowed into the family room, I called my previously good drain service. They cleared the roots in the drain to the street but only after multiple failures in communication with them. Their camera showed roots still lining the pipe, would grow back in a while. But that company quoted over $7,000 to dig up and repair and put back. Since the emergency was over, we took our time to find the best not-rushed service. After paying someone to dig it we confirmed the damage was only three feet deep and fully exposed the pipe to the drop elbow. After getting two quotes nearly $2000 I bought the parts for $100 and prepared to do it myself. But my wife reasoned I could mess it up. A handyman stopped by and said $400 but his description sounded less than plumber-skilled. Other companies had minimum charges just to come by and look at the hole in the ground. So I was happy that my wife found Water Wise. Their man recognized the proper materials here and the wrong materials there and in a day or two quoted us well below the other quotes. We were scheduled immediately and they did the work quickly. I missed giving my request for positioning the clean out. Their man came back and adjusted that and gone again so early that I didn't get to tip him in person. I was going to pay the previous diggers to do the back fill, but they wanted a lot more money than the original dig! So I filled it in myself in a couple of hours. So we saved $5,000 overall by being careful, and Water Wise alone was responsible for $1,000 of that savings.

Great service! It's been hard to find responsive and reliable contractors lately. With Water Wise I was able to get a quote almost immediately from Desiree, and Fred was able to come in on the same day. They even have a nice text messaging system that confirms the job details and lets you know when the plumber is on his way. Fred was no-nonsense and efficient in connecting our new sink and faucet, and even solved some extra problems (our garbage disposal had rocks in it and was missing a connection to the sink). Very trustworthy and kind company. We'll be using them again for any plumbing needs.

Be extremely careful, now I just learned that this company did a hole in a ceiling wall without checking for asbestos, I may have inhaled asbestos due to their incompetent way of constantly trying to cut corners. Do not trust this company if you care about your health.
