Great service! It's been hard to find responsive and reliable contractors lately. With Water Wise I was able to get a quote almost immediately from Desiree, and Fred was able to come in on the same day. They even have a nice text messaging system that confirms the job details and lets you know when the plumber is on his way. Fred was no-nonsense and efficient in connecting our new sink and faucet, and even solved some extra problems (our garbage disposal had rocks in it and was missing a connection to the sink). Very trustworthy and kind company. We'll be using them again for any plumbing needs.

Be extremely careful, now I just learned that this company did a hole in a ceiling wall without checking for asbestos, I may have inhaled asbestos due to their incompetent way of constantly trying to cut corners. Do not trust this company if you care about your health.

I highly recommend Water Wise plumbing and drains. I called yesterday afternoon with our issue and they had someone out this morning. They are professional, courteous and efficient. Mike at Water Wise was awesome. He figured out and fixed our issues with the connection from dishwasher to kitchen sink and even walked me through what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. He also fixed the leak in our bathroom sink. So glad we found our go-to plumbing service when we need it!

Another phenomenal experience with Water-Wise. We were 500 miles away on vacation when our neighbors called to tell us that the back flow valve on our water main had sprung a major leak in front of the house (spraying from the sidewalk all the way out into the middle of the street). Thankfully they were able to shut it off.

Desiree and Fred were incredibly responsive and Fred was able to come out the next afternoon and repair it, even though their schedule was already packed with other jobs.

This is the third time they have come through for us. Service is always exceptional and the price incredibly reasonable. They will be our plumbing company for life and will be a referral for anyone we know needing plumbing services.

We had warranty issues with our Rheem hot water heater:
1. Rheem sent the part & a plumber using Water Wise Plumbing - who sent technician ERIC Monday and installed the new part. He was very friendly and professional. He called Rheem since the pilot light wouldn't stay on. They had to send a repair kit. Technician Eric made sure we had heat and ample supply of hot water.
2. We received the part from Fed Ex today - Wednesday and called Water Wise Plumbing to schedule another appointment. They immediately made an appointment and sent JODIE another technician within an hour who was also efficient and very accommodating installing the part. My tenant had a water leak and water was shutdown. I had to get some help fast. Someone recommended Water Wise. Desiree who answered the phone was very helpful and got Fred on site within an hour. Between Fred and Fred Jr. they decided it is a better option to replace the old pipe which can break with PEX pipe. They were able to take care of it within few hours. My tenant is happy. I would use them again. thank you.
