Had some issues with the water pressure in my house. It was too low. Tried everything I could think of to try to fix it myself. Finally, gave up and scheduled an appointment with Water Wise through my home warranty. Water Wise called within 24 hours to get an appointment set up the next morning!
The technician called when he was on his way and showed up in the time frame I was scheduled for.
My technician, Eric, was friendly (wore a mask) and listened to what I said the issue was.
He knew what it was right away! He thought he had the part on his truck. Unfortunately, it was not a new part. However, he swiftly ran to the store and came back with the part needed. Throughout the process he explained what happened and what he was doing. I was kept informed, which I appreciate.
Now, I have great water pressure again all thanks to the quick, friendly service of Eric and Water Wise!!

They came to my rental in a Thursday at 2pm. It is now Wednesday at 1:12 and I still have not been notified. I had to call Monday. My tenants told me he was going to call me to let me know I needed a new sink. No call. When I called on Monday they said the plumber was off and there was nothing they can do because they couldn't get a hold of them. Please note before I called in the afternoon on Monday I had left a message for them to call ME .. nothing. They said they would call Tuesday .. but by late morning I called again. They had to get a hold of the plumber and told me the plumber has to call it in and couldn't get through to American Home Shield, but would call for sure . He would get back to me that that night . No call . It is now Wednesday and I called American Home Sheila and after I called them on Sunday and they sent an email to them, which meant they got by Monday .. they still had not even bothered to call me to at least let me know the plumber was off. Now American Home Shield still tells me as of Wednesday no diagnosis from the plumber , which means he still didn't call it in!! They talked to the company and they still are waiting on the plumbers! Wow! Really ?NOW I STILL AM WAITING .AHS says if they don't call it in today I am getting another company !!! Dont get this company they never follow up !! The sink is leaking and he still hadn't called it in for approval for 6 days . He did the service on Thursday at 2 .. So he can't say it's because of the weekend. !!! I'm so upset that they just are so unresponsive it's unreal!! I called the company again and they gave me the same story they will call the plumber and let him know to call American Home Shield ! The funny part is AHS just called them and told them they needed the diagnosis and they still did nothing! I told them if he didn't call AHS by today I would be requesting another company ! I just can't believe the lousy customer service ! Just terrible ! Forget these people !!

We had a nice gentleman come out on Sunday morning to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. The man said he could probably repair it after a quick run to Home Depot. Came back and thought he fixed it but told us we should probably keep the water off otherwise it would leak. He said he'd get the diagnostic off to the home warranty company right away. Now it's Wednesday, and I spoke to someone and he said that it hadn't been taken care of yet. And he could not tell me why. Anyway, this story is too intricate but I need the leak fixed in my tub right away! Please come take care of this on Thursday April 2nd!
