I have spent plumbing for as long as I can remember; my dad has been a plumber, my granddad was a plumber. My uncles are plumbers. It’s literally in my blood. My father and grandfather owned plumbing companies in the area for many years, supporting their communities. It was my fate to do the same. I spent working for big corporate companies that were bought out, and I developed a distaste for the way they treat their customers and staff. Similar to plumbing, customer service is embedded into my very being. I understood I could provide better service for customers who trusted their local plumbers before being taken over by the big guys.
