Made an appointment for a plumber to come to my home reference to a water pipe leak with a two hour window of arrival which resulted in a ""no show"". No call was made to in advance to advise me no one would be coming out. When the company was called, Steve stated he forgot to write down appointment date/time in his calendar. When a second appointment was made with a two hour window of arrival on a subsequent date, no call was made in advance by company to advise no one would be coming out on the second appt. date/time. When the company was called to inquire whether someone was still coming out to my home, Steve stated he had a family issue and no one could come out for the water pipe leak issue. Further, that he would have to reschedule again. Think again if one wants commitment and reliability!

Called to get a gas leak fixed so I have heat. Guy came out and told me he did have the equipment to pressure test the lines. Said he'd be back the next afternoon. Called to get an ETA and then told me he couldn't be here at all and never said he would be. Can't recommend anyone who would be ok with leaving someone without heat in the winter. Why not just say no or call to let me know he couldn't do the work?!

My Family and I have used Water Tight for at least 20 years. My dad would call them and so I just continued to use their services. I was extremely disappointed with there service or the lack thereof this morning. Long story short in the shower realized the water was not draining, immediately called Water Tight. When making the appointment I mentioned possible ""snaking the line"" which is what was required previously. The tech arrived and was preparing the fix and was called by a ""The OWNER"" and told not to do the work that on a previous occasion it went 135 Ft and he didn't want to take a chance of the snaking device getting stuck (keep in mind, we had this done previously and it did not get stuck) told the crew to not do the job rather provide an estimate on redoing the sewer line which would cost $3,500.00! I think it is really unfortunate the level of service these local business's render. We have provided and recommended a lot of business to this company over the years. We were not asking for free or discounts rather to complete the job we called upon you to do. Sadly after 20 years, I do NOT recommend this company and will never call them again!

I was referred by a family member who got the same service done as I did only difference my situation was urgent I paid 600$ for a job they charged a family member 200$ , they seen it was urgent and overcharged by a lot . They were 2hrs late, don't call in emergency situation they are ruthless

They came out same day and replaced my water heater which was appreciated. But, they did sloppy work. I complained after they were done when I saw the crooked water pipes. They apologized. But they were done and off to another job. I probably would not call them again.
