Good and honest people who are responsive. We live off well and Water Tech has done everything for us from service to new installation.

Chris and Leslie were on it, they are expert at what they do, work hard, are responsive, and fixed our water pump, I would recommend them

Thanks, Chris and Leslie! We bought a house, and then after winter, couldn't get our well pump back on. I called multiple numbers for the well pump vendor I knew the last owner had used, and they never got back to us for weeks. (Funnily, they finally called an hour before Chris was coming to say they finally got the email (sent 24+ hours before) and none of my calls. Um, ok, maybe fix your website and yelp info????)
Our neighbor recommended Chris, and Leslie called back within 4 hours, and had Chris squeeze us in at the end of the day. Turns out we have some electrical problems, not a well pump problem, and Chris gave us several electrician referrals who could do it faster than he could.

Super happy with the service. Chris came out and checked out my well and made sure it could service my whole yard. He was on time and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend Water Tech.

Chris Hamburger is the best!!!!!! If you live on Well Water this is your guy. He shows up right away when you call him with an emergency and is always does a great job. I can't say enough good things about this man. You will NEVER go wrong with him taking care of your well water needs.

Family run business. Trustworthy ,knowledgeable , honest. These people know well, from water quality, flow rates, pressure adjustment, and equipment. They are people you can count on.

In short, if you want the work done right, these are the people. They're not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they're honest and the work is top quality.
Chris, his son, and Leslie came out to re-sleeve our well and replace the pump. Everything was straightforward. It was a lot of work, but they worked hard. The piping is gorgeous. The wiring, too. I've seen shoddy work, and this is quality stuff, with schedule 80 pipe and no leaks. Castro Valley is a bit far from their home, so maybe it took longer than we'd hoped, spread out over a holiday week, but the final product is worth the wait, and we have a big storage tank, so we were never in danger of running out of water.
Seriously, how often do you have no regrets?

We live in a rural area. I have used Chris multiple times already to service a pressure pump, a well, and for re-piping damaged pipe. He works extremely hard, returning calls on weekends for emergency services. He is a one of a kind professional and well deserving of the rate he charges.
I would literally be lost with the water system we ended up taking over as my knowledge of wells, pumps, tanks etc was quite limited (and probably still is) but because of his advice and help, I know more now than what I did before. That alone is priceless with water being such a valuable and taken for granted commodity when you depend on a well for your water needs and don't have the benefit of being connected to city water.

Chris and Leslie have saved us 3 times now; once with our well and twice with our pump. Always quick to respond and reasonably priced. And, Chris always provides valuable info so that we can avoid/fix pending issues.

I labored between a 4-star rating and a 5-star rating with the only downside to using Water Tech Systems is you need to be patient; they have more business than they can handle in a 60-hr work week so Chris and his wife Leslie (who runs the office/scheduling, etc) work long hours and many weekends trying to catch-up...if you have an emergency Chris is the guy to call..........if don't have an emergency (as we didn't) Chris is still the guy to call, you just need to give him and Leslie time to work you in. She/Leslie responds to e-mails and my patient follow-up was always answered with an apology and explanation and after a couple months, we have our new ""elevation pump"" and away we go!!! Chris worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done....I'm very pleased; ""these Hamburgers are better than In & Out""!!!!! (get it?) :)
