Matt and Ed replaced a compression tank for us. They returned our phone calls, they showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they were going to do, they were friendly and professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they gladly shared information. They even replaced a filter for us at no extra charge, even though that wasn't part of the original proposal. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I'm really glad to have found them and happy to recommend them.

They were professional and helpful throughout the entire process, and were pleasant to interact with while here. They are extremely knowledgeable and described our options to us with transparency and detail. They replaced our aged submersible and booster pumps and installed an intellidrive system. They were prompt and responsive with reasonable costs. I highly recommend their service!

After having another company (their name appropriately rhymes with a nut) get mad at me because I installed a new pump and they said ""we make money selling pumps - we did you a favor installing yours"". I informed him I installed it and you made $271 from me for 1 hour that didn't solve my problem.
Ed and Matt examined what was there, found a few little leaks, put some new fittings on here and there, made some adjustments to the jet pump and BOOM - I have water pumping into my house again!
They were very friendly (and funny), right on time and made sure the whole system was running right.
These guys really know what they're doing - in fact Ed knew who put in most of the water wells in the Fife area and probably others.

Cannot recommend Ed and Matt highly enough. I had some bad experiences with well and pump services, constantly being up-sold and not being able to understand enough to know if I was being sold something I didn't need or not. Ed and Matt gave me straightforward answers, plenty of options depending on what I wanted to spend, and installed a system that did everything I needed. They are quick to respond and turn up to do the work - which was tidy and well done. On top of that they are both friendly and fun to be around, and they don't mind talking you through what they are doing and why. Would definitely use them again.

Ed and Water Systems & Pump Service,LTD replaced our 40 year old pump. We have water pressure like we have never had! They gave the lowest bid, did the work quickly and came right away when our pump failed. They stuck to the bid even when there were a couple of extras. Ed really knew what he was doing. He's been in the business so long he knew the model number of our 40 yr. old pump.
