He went as far as putting a piece of tape on the toilet with a gentle reminder to remind my roomie to use another bathroom for a day or so while the wax ring and silicone set! A+

I needed a plumber to replace my kitchen disposal and to fix my spare bathroom toilet. So, I initially went to my neighborhood FB group page and asked who the group recommended I call for the service(s)? My neighborhood overwhelmingly and highly recommended Water Source Plumbing. I gave them a call this morning. The answering service was quick to answer and very pleasant to talk with about my plumbing issues. They took down my information, said that they would send it to Bobby and that he would get in touch with me. Bobby contacted me probably 10-20 minutes later which I thought was fast and gave me a window of 1-4 pm. Bobby arrived at my house at about 3. Bobby was very pleasant to speak with and had great what I call """"professional bedside manner"""". He looked at my first issue, the disposal, and concluded that it wasn't the disposal but the light switch that powered it. Right there, he saved me a chunk of change by not replacing the disposal and recommending that I replace the power switch (couple bucks) vs the disposal. That impressed me. He also quoted me a price that was a better price if I should need to call him back if the switch fix didn't work. Bobby then went into my spare bathroom and quickly saw the issue of my toilet and had it fixed within 30 minutes or so. So, within in hour and a half, he saved me money with an easier fix for my disposal (for now) and quickly fixed my toilet. I will say that, whatever I spent for his expertise and services, it was WELL WORTH the amount because it wasn't me sweating, swearing, and messing up a plumbing issue. I would easily spend that amount again. I HIGHLY recommend Bobby and the entire team at Water Source Plumbing. They have now become my first choice for plumbing needs. Many thanks go out to Bobby. Terrible service and gouging on price. Should have made sure to get a quote for the job and not by the hour. Owner's son was rude and milked a 3 hour job into 10 hours. Slow and lazy. Would not recommend at all. Needless to say, felt ripped off by this company. They must be paying for the good reviews they have online!

If you want someone to charge you 35 minutes of labor to put there stuff away in your driveway than these are your guys. Were done with toilet install in an hour and fifteen minutes and then milked the clock. Charged me 8 bucks for a pair of latex gloves.

After calling 4 plumbers and leaving messages, Water Source called me back within the hour, altho one other plumbing company responded within a couple of hours. Bob Drescher, plumber and owner, not receptionist, listened to my description of problem and solutions I had tried (backed up kitchen sink), gave me possible causes and set appt for next day. Son Bobby Drescher quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (Fatberg - huge grease buildup over 21 yrs). Gave me pointers so that I would not have problem again and also made sure that the problem was truly fixed. Yay! Price seemed comparable to other plumbers, and Bobby was efficient, professional and cleaned up after.
