I had a new sump pump installed, complete cleaning of debris (grease! tenant poured down drains that clogged the entire container and fried the pump!). They kept me in the loop as they found things during repairs and all the way to the end. Much appreciated by a landlord who can't be on-site while the repairs are done. Great service done fast and professionally. Excellent communication with customer service (Brittany) throughout the entire repair process. Highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber!

They initially offered water leak """"diagnostic"""" for $285, which did not do any good as they would NOT locate the exact leakage. However, the lead plumber, Lou, went above and beyond to find the leakage on our front lawn so the leakage was fixed without additional outrageous cost. I think what they charged me was pretty fair, and the job well done.

Selected Water Savers at first because of their proximity to Stone Mountain, because of a main line leak in front of my property. They were extremely courteous, coming the same day, then coordinating service for the NEXT business day. The work was done quickly and we were back in business the next day after a few hours. We were very worried about the severity of the leak, but their combined team, located and solved the issue quickly, also giving us a senior discount. I recommend them highly. Don't recommed to use watersaver. They say a amount later they will say it's only 50% of the amount to cover resource. Later they charge the same amount again.

Water Savers saved me! The Saturday before Christmas, my bathrooms flooded due to a pipe from my house to the septic tank collapsing. They came out late that day and did a diagnostic and dug a trench so the water doesn't keep going into the septic tank and flooding the bathrooms again. The owner called me and explained in detail about the diagnosis and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. They replaced my entire septic system (including drainage lines). I am back in business now! I felt they were honest and wanted to take care of my needs for the long term.

I paid a fee of 185 which I thought was to bring the truck out and perform work that day. The people came out with the truck, looked and measured my work and told me they would send me a quote. I never received anything even after 6 weeks and calling the company. I paid by American Express, and so I will be requesting a refund through them for fraudulent activity.
