This company is unethical, unfair and unprofessional. Do not use them. They are a vendor through American Home sheild and they take your defuctible and do not fix the problem. They send in their diagnosis to the insurance company saying it was caused due to the homeowner. Then they collect the $100 deductible service fee. Do not fall for this scam. They are liars!

Great experience with Shon. He was prompt and arrived as scheduled. He texted when he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He was very professional, but also friendly and pleasant. He explained what he did and cleaned up after he completed the job. I highly recommend him.

I did not receive service from Water Safe LLC because I am located in a different state, but my conversation with David was so exceptional that I had to leave a review. He was very prompt and responsive in picking up the call. He was extremely informative about the services, time and cost required to accomplish my task. He seems great to work with. I don't live in Florida, but if I did, I would hire him.

Simple job to swap out old electric water heater for new one. Eight days of pure hell with this business trying to make it happen. First, the business doesn't have a permit in my city and wanted me to pay their fees to sign up for permits. Next, they claim I needed to hire their electrician on the side at $345 extra. Each of the last 9 days, they add another fee or requirement. Yesterday, they added $175 for me to buy them a dolly to move the water heater. Their contract is a nightmare, requiring the homeowner to be the general contractor! Why would you need to be a general contractor to have your water heater replaced? Their contract requires the homeowner to give them full indemnification should they damage your property. I could go on and on. In my opinion, stay away!!

I wish I could give a 10-star review...I had a family crisis and a leaky pipe all in the same morning! My American Home Shield Representative connected me to Water Safe Plumbing and fixed the leak within a half hour! Melissa was truly wonderful getting Matt to my home in such a short time! This Company is a ripoff. Very poor Customer Service. Then they try to raise your cost & if you don't pay on the exact date of service, they illegibly attempt to put a Lien on your home. My advise- stay away from Water Safe Plumbing. They are a Ripoff!

We have used this company twice and both times they had knowledgeable staff answering the phone, showed up exactly when they said they would and charged a reasonable rate which was explained before they even set the appointment. The communication and work is excellent and I will call them for any future plumbing needs. We had repairs on shower valves, a water softener installed and a new hot water heater. All done perfectly.

Very disappointed, the tech was rude and they want to charge me $395 for a new shower, tub kit I don't need that is only 2 years old. They left my tub dirty, loose handle and slow drip. All because the decorative plate needed 2 wing nuts screwed on. I'm so upset I had them out. It was better before they came out. The owner wants $395 for a kit I don't need and $470 to install it. I called Moen and even they were shocked! They said the kit is under warranty and they can send parts free if needed. Moen was shocked to hear the quote I got to tighten handle after they took it off and to remedy drip. Florida AG suggests I file report of price guaging. It seems like the tech either was in a bad mood or discriminated against disabled, women. I'll never know for sure.
