Made an appointment with Steve at Water Rehab for 4 pm... worked our whole day around this & at 3:50 Steve called to say the guy was on his way.. we said we'd be there before 4... got home at 3:55pm... 4:30- no plumber.. called 3 times.. no answer.. on 4th try Steve answered & told us the guy had already come & had to leave!!!! Our appointment was at 4:00!! & we were home & he told me (very rudely).. too bad, I can send him out tomorrow??what??? We wouldn't hire them if they were the last plumbers on earth!

Our gas water heater sprung a leak. We called Water Rehab AZ. I asked them for a price to install a tankless water heater. Got a great quote from them; and they came the next day! We have hot water and money savings! Thank you Water Rehab AZ!

Constantine is the BEST! He not only helped us with our initial install, he inspected the the current surrounding area and found an existing issue due to age and corrosion that would have been disastrous had it not been caught. He made time in his busy schedule to come back immediately to address.

Constantine gave me an estimate to have my tankless hot water heater installed. Constantine help me remove my old big 40 gallon hot water heater. Constantine gave me an estimate and was well below all other plumbing companies. Those plumbing companies were double or triple the estimate for the removal and installation.

Constantine did a fantastic job always making sure that the pipes were lined up nicely the unit was more mounted to the wall the exhaust was taken care of the drains were taken care of had it installed and working within 4 1/2 hours.
Constantine was also very personable very respectful of property and area I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs.

Had SUCH a great experience dealing with Constantin! We are a family of 3 with our daughter being only 10 months old. We woke up the other morning and had no hot water. We were in a pickle. I immediately called some family members to get done advice on who to call and my sister Immediately texted me Constantin's number and sent him a text describing the predicament we were in. He understood and said that he could come by the end of the day and take a look for us. I have him our address and he showed up in about an hour and a half due to driving from South Gilbert and us living in West Phoenix it was an understandable waiting time. Right when he got here he began working for us. Found the problem within minutes and was honest about all our options. My wife and I being first time home owners we didn't quite know what to do. After talking it out he said he would get back with us the next day with a quote and harder numbers. He again have us his honest opinion of what he would do if in our shoes. We decided to go for the option that repaired the problem and also got us premium drinking water which will save us hundreds in the coming years compared to sparklettes which we have been doing for almost a year now. Upon his arrival he began to get to work with the water heater. An unexpected additional problem occurred with the garden hose line leak that he fixed without hesitation. After everything was done, he gave us a great price and excellent customer service to boot. Out is getting harder and harder to find honest service these days, but if you call Constantin he WILL treat you right. If there were 10 stars that's what he and this company would get simply because his great work and honesty we got when dealing with him. Look now further. You have found a gem in the desert Jo

I recently used Costel to install a reverse osmosis system in my house. Not only did he install the best thing to happen to our home, but he also pointed out items that our home inspector missed. We had a leaking angle stop and a cracked garbage disposal. His attention to detail saved us thousands in repairs that were coming for us later on down the road.
