Logan and Buzz were extremely knowledgeable and talked us through the pros and cons of retrofitting my home with a Graywater System. We decided to pull the trigger and can't be happier. Our water bill is way down now that we're recycling our laundry, shower and sink water. Would 100% recommend

My wife and I wanted a way to filter and reuse our greywater to refill mainly our toilets, as well as a way to save money irrigating the garden during the hot summer months. We have an autistic 8 year old, and he LOVES to flush toilets multiple times per use- our water bill just keeps racking up. I tried talking with a few local plumbers, but most of them did not know what I was talking about and the few that did, I could tell they were not experts in the specialty. I googled greywater recycling and Buzz and his family company was one of the first things to show up. After a few meetings over the phone and in person to discuss the project, Buzz and the team showed up to do the job. They were courteous, realistic and down to earth. They knew how to get it done quickly and with minimal disruptions to our water flow, which is very important for us especially. They're definitely pros by how easy the process was. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get this highly specialized type of work done in their home. My only gripe, and why it's 4 and not 5 stars is that they're only out of California, so it took a little while to get on their busy schedule... but it was totally worth the wait.

Buzz has recently updated our system to operate 100%. New ultraviolet light and float filling gear. On time and budget.
Thank you

Over 10 years ago I purchased a water recycling system from this company. My water bill is less than a third of my neighbors saving me thousands of dollars all these years. The system is relatively maintenance free with the exception of the cleaning of the filters which I do, easily, once a month myself. I consider this to be one of the most valuable investments in my house that I have made!

After a bunch of research, I hired Buzz's Water Recycling Systems about 5 years ago and am completely satisfied with the hidden system they designed and installed, on schedule, at a very fair price, which has been working flawlessly. In addition, he and his son Logan provide periodic maintenance, and have always been communicative and timely. I highly recommend them!

6 months since we finished building our house and Buzz has still not completed the job.

I wish there was a lower rating than one star -- maybe an icon of a crook. Stay as far away from these guys as you can. They took my $10K deposit and vanished. Multiple phone calls, voice mails, emails, certified demand letters have all been met by silence. I'm now taking them to small claims court. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

This review is long overdue. I don't generally write reviews, but I think, in light of the drought situation, that this is a very important subject, and that anyone considering installing a gray water recycling system should be aware of Water Recycling Systems, LLC. The owner of the company, Buzz Botcher is the developer of the system and he takes a very hands on role in installation and service.

Before going with Buzz, we did a great deal of research and we couldn't find anything else that even came close -
This is a state of the art residential gray water system. The water that comes from our showers, tubs, sinks, and washing machine is filtered and cleaned to a point that it is just about drinking water quality. Our system has been up and running now for five years. The system is quiet, unobtrusive, requires very little routine maintenance - just an easy backwash every three months that takes about ten minutes. It's been virtually trouble free. The few times we've had a minor problem, Buzz and his team have responded immediately - they usually show up the next day, or, at the most within 72 hours.

I can't say enough about the quality of service we've received from Buzz. Probably the most telling is that he is every bit as responsive to us now as he was five years ago when we met with him the first time.

The owner is a crook. He signed a contract with me, took a $2500 deposit, then gave me a list of parts to purchase with my money. After staling for months on end giving all kinds of excuses (& he is really good at those), he was a no-show before the project had to be completed for permitting. I took him to small claims & claimed bankruptcy which left me without recourse. If your looking for a quick way to buzzzzzz though money - hire them. There are others with similar stories. Consumer be ware!!!

I never write reviews but my negative experience with this business prompted me to write one. The company is extremely unprofessional and rude. They were supposed to stop by for a quote and did not show up twice. The owner claimed he gave us a time frame and would stop by then but called to reschedule at 1:15pm minutes when they were supposed to be at the house by 1:30pm. I agreed to reschedule for Tuesday since he seemed to have a legitimate excuse.

However, on Tuesday, he was supposed to show up by noon and when I called at 11:45am to see where he was, he said he wasn't coming by and didn't even bother to notify me beforehand. Then he had the audacity to claimed we did not understand the email which states as follows:
"" Monday around mid day is the best we can do. We're coming from a job site in Bel Air on the way to Malibu and our arrival time is dependent on how quickly we finish up the Bel Air Job. We could be there as early as 10:30 or as late as 1:30 let me know if this will work.""

Well, it's extremely unprofessional to not let the client know they weren't showing up on Monday until past 1pm when they were all the way in Malibu and couldn't have made it on time and extremely rude to not show up when they reschedule it. On top of that, they claimed we were the ones that didn't understand how to read an email. Don't blame the client for your inefficient and irresponsible managing of your own business.
