Great services.Very friendly and Honest. Everything done on time and professional. We were installing a gas line on the side of the house. They completed job fast and took care of permit. We would hire them again.

I have used Water Quality Plumbing for many things, small jobs, big jobs like copper repipe and emergency jobs. Overall, I think the owner is a very honest guy and I trust them with the bigger job. Was happy with the emergency job, the guy was fast. So, why minus 1 star? When the company was big, not every plumber who comes out has same experience. Some of the junior plumbers definitely took more time to do a simple job, ending up costing twice as much. I was comparing to the emergency job I have, which was more difficult bcos of broken pipe while the other was a simple replacement. The plumber was apologetic and tried to explain why it took him that long, but he was less systematic, didn't shut off the water from st properly and ended up repeating soldering multiple times (he claimed my water meter valve broke that he couldn't shut off water completely which was disputed by water company that I called in the next day...) and he also spent at least 30 min looking for a part as he thought he might not have. Of course I was charged for that. At the end of the day, I'm not sure if hourly rate works for every single plumber as I paid almost $500+ just to add a shut off valve to the main while it only cost $200+ to fix a broken pipe after after hour emergency.

Wow....WATER QUALITY PLUMBING is incredible! They re-piped our home 18 years ago. We had a water leak under the house that they fixed yesterday. I paid $385 and after he left, saw the 25 year parts and labor warranty on the original bill. I called them back and asked about it. Today got a call that they would be giving me that full credit. HOLY COW.....who does that? Highly recommend them for their incredible customer service and excellent work. Thanks WQP!

When I called, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning (as promised) to setup a 2-hour service window.

Jose arrived during the 2-hour service window. He was very polite.

We had a couple of leaks under and a broken pipe under our kitchen sink. Jose was able to fix both leaks and the broken pipe as well using tools, parts and caulk that he had brought with him in his van. As he worked, he explained the issues to me, what he was going to do to fix them, and consulted me when required on any decisions for replacing parts and such.

The entire job took about an hour and came to $150 total for labor and parts.

All in all, Jose was very professional and got the job done. If we have other plumbing issues in the future, we'll be sure to contact Water Quality Plumbing again.

I called up Water Quality to come out to the apartment complex that my grandmother owns and that I help handle property management at. She was interested in getting a water softener set up in the building where the previous system had been set up many years before and was no longer in service. After making the call, we set up a time where Jason came out to look at the old setup and assess the needs and capabilities of the complex as well as what could work logistically with the service room on the property. After taking into account the measurements in the room, size of the complex, and the needs of our tenants, we discussed the options and decided on putting in a new water softener system. Having the knowledge of an expert was incredibly helpful because I would not have known where to begin and felt like they kept our needs, interests, and budget in mind when finding a solution.

When the crew from Water Quality came out to install the new water softener and tanks, they were prompt, thorough and incredibly friendly. They got right on the job and began the installation. They were hard-working and were very diligent in making sure the installation was being done right every step of the way. After the initial setup, another employee of Water Quality came to inspect the work and ensure that it was ready to be put to use. After doing so, they even took away the old tank and disposed of it for us. They gave us information on where and how to get the salt and we did just that, we even set up an area in the storage room to keep the salt. There have been no issues with the system since but I know that we would call Water Quality first thing if there had been any. My grandmother is very happy with the service and not having to deal with the old eyesore that used to be in its place. Our tenants are very appreciative of the change and we are glad to be able to provide this to them.

The water heater in our garage had leaked all over the garage floor. It was obvious we needed a new one. I called our home warranty company and the plumbers who came out that morning wouldn't be able to install a new water heater for 5 days (Friday to Wednesday). I called Water Quality Plumbing and one of the owners had answered the phone. I explained the situation and within an hour,a plumber with a Bradford-White water heater was installing it our garage. The plumber was knowledgable, efficient and hauled away the old water heater. What customer service!! Thank you for the prompt service on a Friday afternoon before Christmas and overnight guests arrived!!

I have used Water Quality many times throughout the years on several different homes. The people in the office have been nice and helpful over the phone. They have always scheduled my appointments promptly and have been consistently on time. Every plumber that has been out to my house has done their work in a timely manner. They are polite and clean up after themselves. I will continue to use Water Quality for all on my plumbing and water conditioning needs. I recommend them to all of my friends and family constantly.

I will never use their service again. We called to have them installed a toilet. The first day, a guy came and told us he didn't have the tool(a drill), so he could not install the toilet. Then he asked his boss to come and his boss told us the same thing. The next day, another guy came and installed the toilet and billed us for 2 hours. The total bill for install this new toilet is $290. And we have to stay home for two mornings for their mistakes. I just have one question for them, which plumbing company will NOT bring a drill to install a toilet? The guy pretty rude saying why not we install the toilet by ourself? Sounds like we cannot hire any other professionals to do the job, but can only hire this shitty company.

Do not use their services, it's a robbery of your money.

It's a common toilet we brought from Home Depot for 400 dollars. We told the receptionist on the phone to bring a drill for the installation and she told us the plumber has every tools they need in the truck. You guys can see the company trying to blame customer for buying a SPECIAL toilet when there is a problem. The plumber billed us 2 hours and insisted on it is industry standard and it's Very Fair. We didn't agree with the $290 and the plumber refused to communicate with the company at first. Well, we pay the bill right away after they gave us a discount for $35, just to get it done. It's just not worth arguing with them any more.

Sorry to be angry to your plumber, but no more businesses for a company that blames the toilet for all the problems.

Very difficult to schedule an appointment. I need a leak fixed and can't get home from work before 3:30 --A reasonable time for most labor businesses. Their last window of time is 2-4. Later than that and you incur overtime rates, so the receptionist won't schedule an appointment.
