It's been 4 months since we got the water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Best decision ever through this company. Constantin was responsive through Yelp, paid a visit to explain the difference between their options, and answered any questions we had. I'm glad I didn't get a water conditioner because the benefits aren't the same compared to a water softener. I wanted my installation to be ""clean"" with minimal wires/pipes and they did a great job. The water line to my fridge ran from under the kitchen sink they connected the RO system to a small faucet that was installed on my kitchen countertop and the fridge. No more calcium buildup on the faucets!

I had a RO system installed in my kitchen sink and they did a great job drilling into my quartz countertop to install the faucet for the system. The system itself is great and water tastes really good. Appreciate the low waste system and the good water pressure as well.

We recently moved to a new house and inherited an old water softener that didn't work anymore. I contacted WPS to get a quote. They got back to me immediately, responded very patiently to all my questions, and were very quick in setting up an in-home consultation. David laid out all our options and provided useful information on the differences between them. They came to install the whole house filtration system + drinking water system a couple of weeks after the initial consultation. It's been almost two weeks and we are very happy so far. The water quality has significantly improved and we notice a huge difference now when we run the dishwasher or the washing machine. I had an outdoor water softener installed by these guys and I am very satisfied with the work. They are upfront and honest about what to expect and don't try to upsell you. I received several quotes and theirs was quite competitive and with quality products.
But most of all, I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. They will respond to emails and phone calls very promptly and jump on an issue immediately. I had an issue with the system and within an hour, they were ringing my doorbell and immediately fixed the issue. Everything has been running smoothly ever since.
