We recently moved to a new house and inherited an old water softener that didn't work anymore. I contacted WPS to get a quote. They got back to me immediately, responded very patiently to all my questions, and were very quick in setting up an in-home consultation. David laid out all our options and provided useful information on the differences between them. They came to install the whole house filtration system + drinking water system a couple of weeks after the initial consultation. It's been almost two weeks and we are very happy so far. The water quality has significantly improved and we notice a huge difference now when we run the dishwasher or the washing machine. I highly recommend WPS for their responsiveness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing.

I had an outdoor water softener installed by these guys and I am very satisfied with the work. They are upfront and honest about what to expect and don't try to upsell you. I received several quotes and theirs was quite competitive and with quality products.
But most of all, I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. They will respond to emails and phone calls very promptly and jump on an issue immediately. I had an issue with the system and within an hour, they were ringing my doorbell and immediately fixed the issue. Everything has been running smoothly ever since.

I just moved to San Diego and the water here is unbearable without treatment. We were living on bottle water before I finally installed the system from WPS. The team scheduled my free consultation quickly and followed by installation. I just want to say that I like drinking the water from my Kitchen (6 stage RO system) more than bottled ones. Now I don't feel itch after shower with the softened water either. Absolutely worth the money!
