They gave me a call and explained to me that they added in additional parts to our system that were better than the ones provided in the Costco kit. I went ahead and added on an additional star for the follow up. As a new homeowner, it's still important to know the cost before work begins. I would recommend them for other people considering them.

We had purchased a drinking water filter system from Home Depot and had contacted a few general contractors/handymen to try to get it installed on our sink, but most of them were either reluctant to say that they could install it on our porcelain sink or straight up said that they couldn't. When I finally contacted WPS, David not only responded very promptly with a quote but also advised me that the system we'd purchased was NOT a reverse osmosis filter, in case I didn't know (which I incorrectly thought was). So I asked for his recommendations and decided to get a different, RO filter and also have it installed by them. On the day of the appointment the two technicians arrived pretty much right on time. They inspected our sink real quick and and informed me that we didn't actually have a porcelain sink but instead an iron one coated by porcelain - and that yes, they CAN drill a hole on the sink instead of the granite counter (yay!). The two of them worked on it for a little over an hour and we had an RO filter! They were courteous and explained everything to me including the leak detector and the filter maintenance. It's been over a week now and the system is working perfectly and the water tastes great! Thank you!

Clean water is essential for health and buying battled water for the whole family gets not only expensive but also inconvenient. I installed water purifying system in my first home in NJ a couple of years ago and got really spoiled having pure tasty water at home all the time so when I moved to San Diego I was looking for a company to install water purification system for my new home. My priorities in choosing any company is - great service, good price and a company I can trust to come into my home on a regular basis. My local family friends mentioned that they had great experience with WPS and I called them up. The service was great, the guys came on time, explained everything to me and gave a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised and now refer Water Purification Systems to my friends myself. Highly recommend installing a system like that in the first place for health reasons and to save money and Water Purification Systems for all the information, installation and service.

Having moved many times over the past several years I have had many RO filters installed in my home. This time I chose WPS and they exceeded my expectations! David emailed me promptly, took my call the following day and provided excellent, thorough information. The installation was scheduled quickly and Eugene installed the system professionally and efficiently. He answered all of my questions with patience and left no mess. I was pleased when he removed his shoes, but impressed when he even lifted his rolling bags over my carpeting. The fees were reasonable and what I expected based on the quote from David. Best of all my water now tastes clean!

Everybody knows that one of the best things you can do for your body is keep it hydrated. I noticed that I wasn't drinking as much water as I should and I know if my water tastes better, I'm likely to drink more of it. Moreover, the drink of choice in our home is WATER. It's been on my radar to buy a drinking water filtration system for some time. I finally bit the bullet and am so glad I found this company! I cannot say enough good things. They are the REAL DEAL. Eugene arrived on time, did a clean job, was respectful of my home, had all the supplies he needed, and was honest and caring. I will shout their name from the rooftop of my house for anyone to use them that has water filtration needs. P.S. They even drilled a hole in my granite for the water dispenser! Knowledgeable and courteous. I also felt that the price was fair. Eugene said they offer a maintenance service to test water, replace filters, and clean the tank- I plan to use it. My family and I are worth it.

Water Purification System is the BEST. I have been calling multiple companies that provide water filtration services and this company not just have great feedback on yelp it also has an excellent phone customer service. They will take time to explain all the details of the right water filtration system for you. Their technician called before arriving and showed up 20 min before the scheduled time. It took him about 2 hours for the whole installation ( as I also needed a drilling in a granite counter top). He was super friendly, nice and professional!!! I am super happy with my new reverse osmosis system and the great experience I had with this Company! Highly recommended!

I wanted to install a RO system under my sink because the water in PQ is terrible. I wanted the same system that I had in my other house and WPS ordered it for me without issue. Eugene came out for installation as soon as the equipment came in. I was a little concerned about drilling a hole into the granite counter top but Eugene had no problem. Thanks for a great job WPS.
