I placed an order and on their website it says that the gould pumps are in stock and ready to ship. It took them 8 days after they received my payment to tell me the ship was delayed. After I had already paid and contacted them about the delivery date, they told me it would take 8 days to ship and tried to sell me a more expensive, extra $150 pump and said they could ship out immediately. I just canceled my order and bought from a different company!!!

I'm in Texas and we just went through the huge storm that knocked out power and also knocked out our well controller. All of the local well companies said it would be several days to weeks before they could get to us. Water Pumps Pro had what I needed and totally took care of me. I have water again. Yay! Thank you, Scott and Haley!!!

these people are lying thieves They sent me a pump I didn't order and overcharged me $104 They told me I could return it for a full refund $497.88 I sent it back they acknowledged receiving it but won't give me my money back

This company I ordered a pump on Monday at 8:30 a.m. in the morning did not receive it until the following Tuesday at 4:30 in the afternoon was told 2 day shipping by Leela on the phone and this company lies they do not take customer service into account I have contacted the Better Business Bureau I ended up having five extra days of hotel cost because they could not give me the pump in a timely manner asked 3 times when placing my order if the pump would be there by Wednesday when I place the order on Monday three times they said it would easily get there by Monday never use the word guaranteed but said it would easily get there by Wednesday when I called back on Wednesday to find out where the pump was if it was going to be on time Wednesday or be one day late to Thursday it had not even shipped found out that it did not ship until Wednesday after this conversation out of Calif California instead of out of Florida this is why the shipment took so long this is horrible I told the girl on Monday I would whatever it took to get me to pump in 2 days shipping cost was not a problem but to expect something in two days and not get it in 7 is ridiculous

After waiting 7 days for a reply for a shipping # on my order, I called them and found out the """"in stock"""" item I ordered was out of stock. They said they would send me an upgrade pump. I declined and cancelled my order. Bad customer service. You should just keep on shopping some where else.

Water Pumps Pro charged me for my online order, then lost the order and didn't send the item. I had to call twice, they finally sent the item - only to have it lost when FedEx delivered to the wrong place. Per FedEx I received a case number (they did not contest the loss as they sent a pic showing the wrong delivery location) and contacted Water Pumps Pro as instructed. Just made my third call to Water Pumps Pro after receiving assurances that they would call me back which they never did. Got another statement that they would get back to me, I'm not optimistic. Terrible customer service losing my order after billing me, not getting back to me as promised when the order was lost by FedEx. Don't make my same mistake by dealing with this company, find another.

Excellent people to deal with. I placed an order for pump upgrade to a very complex system. Scott talked to me for quite a while(after he had already made the sale) to make sure that the part I ordered was the right part and would do what I wanted it to. Incredibly knowledgeable and very nice people.

I am the Gm at El Rio Golf Club in Mohave Valley Az. We purchased a Franklin Electric Submersible Motor, Sand fighter. Was professionally installed by SC Services out of Las Vegas. Purchased a new pump also and control panel. The warranty is one year year tech on the desk is questioning a major company for this type of install. I warn everybody to not ever use this company. Call El Rio and can explain how to contact the right attorneys to deal with this for.

I ordered a Myers well pump from their website at a listed price of $517. They processed the order and charged my credit card. I received a call 4 days later claiming the pump was out of stock. To restock the item the new cost would be over $800. I asked if they would honor the web price or offer a discount due to misleading advertising and they would not. I cancelled my order and will shop elsewhere. Don't trust their advertised prices. Poor customer service and misleading prices.
