T G.It's so unfortunate that Water Pro continues to be a disappointment by now tailor making this experience by now outright lying. Their response to this complaint continues to show the dishonesty & lack of integrity. My family & I spoke with the home owner after the incident & after we explained to the landlord what REALLY was said & what REALLY happened she was in agreement that we not only didn't want to do business with this company but we for sure didn't want him back in our home!! WE then found another contractor & our now enjoying our new floors done by a company that we continue to praise for their hard work, great service & courteous attitude! I have no problem giving credit where it's do! I do not wish give this situation any more of my time! I will continue to advise people of both experiences when warranted or asked.
