Mike did an amazing job cleaning up a terrible water issue that ended up with mold in the walls and ceiling and hardwoods buckled. He came quickly to assess the situation and his crew got the walls, ceiling and flooring removed quickly and in the time frame we needed it done! Mike was always available to answer questions and keep us updated on the process and the progress. I would highly recommend Water Fire Mold Restoration! And would definitely call them again if we ever need their services for other properties in Boston.

Scott and team saved me as a female alone in a flooded & moldy apartment at 9pm on a Friday panicking, and treated me like family. They were so professional and personable, and truly care about their clients. They even flew staff in from Chicago to get the work done for us quickly! NO other company in New England would come help us, but they made it happen. Great communication and grateful there are people in the world like this when you need them most!

Dishonest and incompetent. They put my health at risk. Stay away!

Completely incapable. Hired them to remediate black mold in my house. They came back three times, each each time they came they basically did nothing. After each visit I ordered another mold inspection ($300 each), which showed my house still had black mold. The mold inspector told me this was the biggest ""half ass job"" he's ever seen in his 20 year career.

On top of being incompetent, they were completely dishonest. The mold inspector told me that they contacted him and asked him to pass the reinspection, even though the test showed there was still black mold. The contract also provided that that they would compensate me for the cost of every failed reinspection ($900 total). I still have not seen a dime.

I will be taking them to small claims court. Don't let this happen to you!
