I am late posting this new update to my last review.
Billy the owner personally came out to ensure that the job was done correctly.
He had the foreman Jason perform the work.
After everything was completed Billy personally called me and conveyed his apologies for all that did not go correctly.
Ultimately Billy compensated part of my bill.
Thank you Billy for doing the right thing.

After being away from home for 3 weeks, my daughter informed us that there was no hot water, came home to find the hot water heater busted and leaked on the pedestal it was on. CalledWater Mitigation Specialists on the recommendation from the plumber that was going to replace the heater(Plumb 365). Billy came out the next day talked me thru the process made me feel real comfortable. BTW insurance company sent someone else and all they said was put fans on it "" it didn't look that bad"". Thankfully Billy and Tristan came the same day as the plumbers and found water damage in the walls, they sent up air handlers and a dehumidifier for 4 days and had Someone(Jason?) come and repair the drywall it looked like nothing every happen. They were in contact with my insurance company and my claim was approved right away. I hope I never have to call them again but they will be the first call if I did and will always recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

The demolition crew worked clean, thorough, friendly and fast. The construction crew (Curtis and Niles) went above and beyond to restore our home to better than before the flood! Billy and his team are amazing! We had a malfunction in our faucet touch system and it leaked into our walls around our island/under sink. We called water mitigation specialists and they came out that very day! They started the drying process and were super upfront about what we needed to do. (We had called an initial company and they seemed shady from the start with all of these extra charges so I sent them on their way and called Billy) Water Mitigation dried out the area and started work on removing the damaged parts of the wall, their team came out on a regular basis to make sure the work was being done right and we were happy with everything, it's like nothing happened in the first place. (We are all the way in Temecula) We are super happy with their work, they definitely go the extra mile with quality of work and customer service! I would recommend this company 1000%! We had a flood from our upstairs toilet that leaked down through our kitchen ceiling. We called these guys up and they came out to our home in Chula Vista the next day. Billy and his team were professional, knowledgeable, easily accessible and good with their time management. They finished the job when they said they would and also dealt with the insurance matters which was a plus. We had no idea how the process worked and billy was able to help us along the way with our questions. Would highly recommend them!
