Billy and his team are amazing! We had a malfunction in our faucet touch system and it leaked into our walls around our island/under sink. We called water mitigation specialists and they came out that very day! They started the drying process and were super upfront about what we needed to do. (We had called an initial company and they seemed shady from the start with all of these extra charges so I sent them on their way and called Billy) Water Mitigation dried out the area and started work on removing the damaged parts of the wall, their team came out on a regular basis to make sure the work was being done right and we were happy with everything, it's like nothing happened in the first place. (We are all the way in Temecula) We are super happy with their work, they definitely go the extra mile with quality of work and customer service! I would recommend this company 1000%! We had a flood from our upstairs toilet that leaked down through our kitchen ceiling. We called these guys up and they came out to our home in Chula Vista the next day. Billy and his team were professional, knowledgeable, easily accessible and good with their time management. They finished the job when they said they would and also dealt with the insurance matters which was a plus. Billy is the best. He came out right away and had his team there early the next morning to begin opening up the walls, removing the vinyl flooring and installing the fans and blowers. Thankfully there wasn't any mold!! Billy was also super helpful with dealing with the insurance company and helping with my claim. All in all, he made a very stressful situation better. The insurance company played a trick by taking a week and then disapproving an original mitigation, and then demanding a 2nd time estimation.

I called back to this company for a second estimate after about two weeks after struggling with the insurance company. Jason explained, followed up with the insurance adjuster, provided clear explanation to the questions I have asked the insurance company for long time without being answered, and explained to me about the mitigation service need.

I wish there will be no need to call any water mitigation company. However, when things happen, this would be my first company to call.

Billy and Water Mitigation Specialists did an exceptional job handling mitigation of our recent water damage even checking back to help with aspects of the work above and beyond their responsibilities. They took exceptional care to protect our hardwood floors from damage while their team was walking through the rest of the house.

They were polite, always on time, and went out of their way to communicate clearly throughout the process.

While I hope we never have to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends and neighbors faced with similar damage. I am extremely grateful to Plumb 365 for referring Billy to us. Exceptional work.

These guys are great. I dealt directly with Billy and he got the job done as promised for the price we agreed upon. Throughout the process Billy stayed in touch and we communicated effectively.

An upstairs toilet cracked and discharged water for 15 hours straight. Over the next week these guys dried out every water damaged area; replaced ceilings and drywall where needed; and replaced and reset all carpet & flooring, including baseboards. Very professional. Very honest tradesmen! Highly recommend!!

After spending $1800 on getting the smell out of our house from a broken water leak, the job that was done did not solve the problem. The smell is still there. The person who referred me to Water Mitigation Specialists said they solved their problem. I think after spending this amount of money and the problem was not solved, a portion of this money spent should be refunded to the customer.
