Unfortunately you can not rate with less than 1 star. Stay far away from this company/person. Paid to have work done on a shower and job was never finished. Owner Mike stated he would be back to fix and complete the job and gave excuse after excuse as to why he or anyone else from his so called company couldn't make it. Can't wait to see him in small claims court.

Mike ""The Plumber"" was doing mutiple projects for me took mutiple deposits and then disappeared and I had to hire new plumbers at my cost to fix and finish his work. The insurance he provided was for his brothers pool company of the same name, so it was useless and I would stay away from him as well. He answers every so many days and says he will pay me back, but it has been over a year. Stay away from him, cheap prices get you what you pay for. I had to give him 1 star because that is the only way to write a review, they are a negative 5 star company at best.

We used Water Mechanix last year. When I called they came out right way but anything after that he didnt show or said he was here and we didn't answer.
After numerous phone calls he finally showed up to correct the mistakes he made. Unfortunately he didn't quite put on the finishing touch, There's a large screw sticking out with no cover, it took 4 weeks to get him here to do a 15 minute job. Totally unreliable.

We had a pipe burst in our home at 8:00 at night. We needed to turn off the main water to avoid further flooding. I called Water Mechanix expecting to get a machine but Mike picked up and after telling him the situation he said that his service truck was on another call. He said that he would personally come out with some tools and try to get us up and running that night. Due to the rough winter we have been having I never expected to get someone to come out the same day, let alone so late at night. He was very fast and friendly and was able to fix our pipe right on the spot.

This guy Mike is a Joke... He made me pay entire bill upfront and will not install a sump pump for me and take the scrap metal that he left behind. He also did not install a new Gas boiler correct because half of my home will not get warm. He gives excuse after excuse and I am sick of the bull that he mentioned for finishing what he started. I trusted him to finish but I WAS WRONG. Now I got to hire an other plumber to correct and finish what he started.

I have had a negative experience with this business. He (Michael) has not completed the job and trying to get in touch with him is difficult. I have called him numerous times since Saturday and he has not answered any of those calls. That does not include the many phone calls I had to make before I got a return call previous to Saturday. He told me he would call me to let me know if he was coming by and he didn't He also said if he could not make it he would come by around 5PM and instead he sent someone to my home at 12:00. Luckily I was on my way home. I have finally reported him to the BBB because it appears that I will have to hire someone else to complete the work he started. The biggest mistake I have made so far was that I paid him already. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! If the BBB doesn't settle this then I will have to take him to court. NOT GOOD business.
