Look no further!!!! You have stumbled across an honesty plumber!!!! I was referred to Nassar through Home Depot to replace a kitchen faucet. He was out to my home within a few hours. Turn the water on and off fiddled with the faucet and told me I did not need a new faucet, just a new spout. He had me soak the faucet head in vinegar while he went up to Home Depot to see if they had one. No luck with the vinegar or the replacement spout. He brought in some CLR to continue soaking the faucet head, helped me locate the replacement spout on amazon for 18.99. The replacement faucet would been $225. He charged me 100.00 for his time!!!! I will definitely be calling Waterline Plumbing and Nassar again. He easily saved me $400!!!!

Nasser went above and beyond to help us on a Saturday. We needed a plumbing service on a short notice and he showed up within an hour.

If only I knew that hiring a plumber can not only be painless but a pleasant experience, I would not have put up with my clogged garbage disposal and shower drain for as long as I did! Nasser and his team were quick to respond with the information I requested, arrived at the appointment on time, was respectful of my home, and dedicated to job quality. His prices are fair, if not unbeatable for the level of professionalism. Talk about an honest man who takes pride in his work! While he was here, I asked him to take a look at the gas fireplace which I was previously told was broken. Turned out it's been working fine all this time. The diagnosis and lesson on how to use my fire place was complementary :) Not all plumbers are created equal and quality doesn't have to cost extra. Definitely call Water Line Plumbing for any plumbing or gas line issues.

I had them come quote a kitchen faucet and Roman tub faucet install. They gave a quote of $350 all-in (plus any parts needed), where other plumbers had quoted $500 or even tried to gouge for $1000 (Sweetwater plumbing). The installation went very well and I am very satisfied. Nass is a great guy and I was fair with me at every point. I will definitely call them first for any other plumbing work in the future.

Nasser came to help us promptly in the morning to help with a shower handle not turning off water. We had to go all night without water and Nasser's prompt response in the morning was most welcome!
