Prompt, reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. We were looking for a plumber who can replace the cartridge in both our showers. After going through a few plumbers who tried to tell us that it wasn't the cartridge but our water tank that needed to be replaced to upcharge us, we were so glad to have found Nasser from Water Line Plumbing who was upfront about what needed to be done and the price.

We also had issues with our toilet tank not refilling the water on its own after a flush. Although this was not brought up when we first booked the appointment, Nasser diagnosed the problem and advised what needed to be fixed and the cost. Another plumber we had previously hired to check on the toilet told us that we needed to replace our whole toilet. Nasser said there was absolutely no need to replace the toilet and fixed our toilet tank during the same visit.

Overall, I'm pleased with the work he has done so far and would recommend him.

The service man was very friendly and straight forward. He provided up front quotes and didn't put on it. Once the work was agreed, he worked on it and explained the steps taken to resolve the problem. Also made some suggestions on his findings while working on it for long term solution. Also, he helped to replace some toilet parts to make it running better and longer without extra charge.

This task was removed the toilet, removed some tree roots found under the base of toilet, running the snake in the drain for clear up the blockage, and put the toilet back and seal it. Ran multiple checks to make sure everything done correctly before leaving the site.

His service was great with friendly smile, good quality, and price. Would come back for him in the future for other needs. Would recommend others for any plumbing needs.

Had some installers come out and they told me my washing machine water hookups were ""frozen/locked"" and they could not install it until I got new ones.

Luckily enough I came across Water Line Plumbing and was able to send a picture and they gave me a quote. That was around 5pm on Thursday, it is now Friday morning around 8:45 and the job has been completed and done very well.

Nasser, the gentlemen who came out Today, was very pleasant and I was really happy with the service. It's nice to find a company like this and know that if I have further issues, I have someone I can rely on.

After taking a cold shower, wondering what happened to the hot water, we found that our tankless water heater was leaking a lot. I requested quotes through Yelp, and Nasser was one of the companies that responded right away. I was limited on time the next morning bc of other appts but he was so accommodating and agreed to come first thing in the morning. After he determined we needed to replace the water heater, he was able to locate the same model out in Anaheim so he went out there to pick it up right away and came back to install it. I was up and running again with hot water by lunch time. So grateful!

What a great company! Affordable, on-time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough.
