We have used Waterhouse Plumbing for many years and on several houses from basic services to whole house re-pipes. The service is always great and the prices are always fair. They go above and beyond to help you with your problem and get you back up and operational or install new components. I would strongly recommend using Scott and the team at Waterhouse.

Kimberly called our condo office to request a water shut off. She was INCREDIBLY RUDE to staff, on at least two different calls - when staff was only trying to explain the Association's policies and the need for obtaining a certificate of insurance from the Company prior to the site visit, as well as the advance notice requirement to be met for residents to have knowledge of the pending service interruption. Kimberly's behavior needs to be addressed by Scott Anderson, registered President of the Company, as she is contaminating his organization by her unprofessional phone manner and refusal to acknowledge that providing a certificate of insurance is common place for business operations in this day and age. - Kimberly needs training in professional phone etiquette- or she simply hates her job and wants to be fired.

It is hard to find trades who enjoy what they do, are smart, detail oriented, punctual, work hard, are friendly, do impeccable work, etc. I can't speak to price as I have always been primarily concerned with finding good people. I would say I have always felt the rates were fair and I've been happy to pay. The owner and his team (all I've interacted with) are fabulous. I have a PhD in computer science and an engineering degree, and I have been repeatedly surprised and happy to find out how really smart and clever the owner is, and enjoyed interacting with him. He could easily have an engineering degree. Unlike so many before him he has been able to understand and take care of some unusually complex plumbing tasks for me. He and his team have done very high quality work, and I'm picky. The owner has been frank and fair, offering suggestions for better alternatives (not necessarily more expensive), and even has a good sense of humor. He loves what he does, takes pride in the work, likes solving problems, etc. I can't say enough good things.

terrible! it took 3 times to get a septic back-up snaked and they billed for having to come back out and finish the job they were hired for! do not waste your time or money!

Waterhouse plumbing did a complete home re-pipe. I received several bids and they were by far the lowest. The owner Scott was very responsive and was able to help with insurance questions I had. The team came out and had my whole house re-piped and patched up in four days. They went above and beyond expectations. They were very professional, courteous and skilled. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Scott and his team for any plumbing need you may have.

We received another one that was $1000 more than Water House. The Water House crew completed our project in about 3 days. They were very competent, efficient, neat and minimized the disruption in normal home routine. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs
