My mother told me when I was a kid that when people complete a job with confidence and relative speed they know what they are doing. Eric is a master plumber but he focuses on water heaters. I called another plumbing company that was referred and they gave me a quote quickly but the price seemed way high and they offered to do the job without filing for a permit. I called Eric and he recommended the exact same equipment but did not discuss skipping the permitting process which he took care of seamlessly. The entire job was completed in a few hours. We went with tankless as recommended by a neighbor. Eric was agnostic on which way to go. My son has been living in our home while we were up north and he said the water was hot, no issues. When we came down I noticed a slight gas smell in the garage. I texted Eric on a Saturday that there might be a gas leak. He was over inside 15 minutes. He just had to tightened one connection and it was fixed. If you have a leaky water heater call Eric. I would not hire anyone else for a water heater.

I'm in Colorado and was looking for a company to change the water tank for my mom in Florida who is a senior citizen. Her tank was ancient and leaking. I checked reviews and called around. I spoke to Eric who was extremely helpful and kind. He got a permit and waited for it to come in before installation. He arrived on time and left almost 3 hours later. They removed the old one and explained everything to my mom and myself (over the phone). My mom was so happy. She said they were very friendly to her. I called this morning when my tankless hot water heater stopped working & wanted to use a PBG/Jupiter based company that specializes in tankless. The phone was answered by Eric within just a ring or two. He was very familiar with all the brand & models of tankless. After I sent him a photo to confirm the model number, he let me know he not only had one but could send Joe out this afternoon. His estimate for the costs were reasonable & affordable. Joe was at my house to replace my tankless shortly after 12 & done by 2. He set up everything perfect by covering all surfaces with blankets he brought & made absolutely no mess at all! I am so impressed with him & the company. Eric and Water Heating Experts are off the charts awesome! He took the time to educate me about electric Tankless water heaters and his quote was 1/5th the price of the highest quote I received. Even home depot quoted me 4x the price of what he ended up charging me. Eric helped me understand the Electrical requirements of the EcoSmart 47 I had purchased and walked me through getting the right electrician out to do the electrical part. The cool thing about Eric is that he specializes in ONLY water heaters so he is able to get them done fast, efficiently and for a lower cost then most. Fantastic service! My pool pump died, and Brian's Elite Pool repair had a very experienced and personable technician, Nick, arrive within one day with the replacement pump. He updated the software, so my smartphone controls the pump. And the whole job was completed at a competitive price. Later, the worldwide internet debaucle hit, affecting my smartphone app. Cassandra, who provides customer service, also knowledgeable and very pleasant, calls me (!) to be certain the issue is solved. That is service I rarely see in today's business environment. I really believe they are a refreshing difference in an industry not known for their level of dependable technical knowledge, and through (and pleasant) followup and coordination.
