The pilot light would not stay lit on our 12 year old water heater. A realtor friend recommended Water Heaters Only and thankfully they answer their phones 24/7 because it was a Sunday night. The phone was answered by Cyrus, who was very nice and knowledgeable and he was able to schedule an estimate for Monday evening. Alex the technician was able to come earlier than forecast and not only did he give me a very reasonable estimate, but he was able to do the job that day. He did a great job installing the water heater and I'm an engineer so I'm very picky. The price quoted was way more reasonable than another estimate I had gotten from a different company. Water Heaters Only did a great job of communicating. They wrote up the estimate and sent it to me by email, I signed it electronically along with some other documents and they were able to start the work right away. They installed a good quality water heater tank and brought everything up to code. I highly recommend this business.
