Water Heaters Only's John Fantham did a wonderful job with our very old water heater replacement (32yr old gas water heater). Two days after Christmas and no hot water for guests to shower! WHO's John came promptly, in the time slot we were told, and did a very professional job with the installation -- taking much care not to unnecessarily disturb the old pipes to which he needed to make connections.
John explained the job in detail to us before starting and pointed out important points as the job progressed. His estimate was within $100 of the telephonic estimate we received the day before when we scheduled the appointment. No surprises, no extras, no haggling. Just getting the job done.
The whole job took only a few hours.
Am so glad that I did not try to do this job myself, as was the original plan (handy homeowner vs professional, professional wins!).
