Larry K.Quick, efficient and professional. But way too expensive. Standard replacement of a 40 gal gas water heater shouldn't have cost this much, but we were desperate.
Arash K.I woke up on Thanksgiving Day to a leak form my gas water heater and I called this company that I have trusted for over 20 years to make a service call. This was the second water heater that I had purchased from them. Phil had me in their system and knew everything about the unit. He guided me how to trouble shoot the a leak from the outlet to hot water line and I was able to slow it down by turning the nut tighter that slowed it to a trickle and basically very slow drops. This way I was able to host my family have hot water for our gathering Then on the next day Tony (who had installed my current water heater 8 years ago!) showed up to take care of the problem. But I decided to go with a new unit since my old one was out of warranty by 2 years and did not want to have another emergency in just a few months. He did not try to up sell and basically left it up to me to decide. Tony was very efficient and took care of the job of installing a new unit in no time. He had a very friendly attitude and was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. The price was also fair and Tony also took the old unit away. Thank you.
