I would not use this company again! Floor around water heater was damaged by technician when he changed out old water heater. I contacted company regarding the damage, and the person I spoke too, sounded very annoyed. He said manager would call me back. Needless to say, I have never heard back from them regarding the damage.

We found Water Heaters Only on Yelp and had called for an estimate. We had three companies come out and I liked Ron Gautreau from Water Heaters Only best. We were very happy and surprised that his estimate was lowest and they had amazing reviews. Ron showed up on time and did a very clean job. Excellent work! Thank you Ron! I highly recommend and would use again.

Highly recommend Tony Edwards as he did a fabulous job, Tony was punctual, has wonderful down to earth customer service. Explained everything in simple terms and the work replacement of my boiler was clean and detailed. We appreciate the transparency and the quality of the work done.

Discovered water heater was leaking at 10:00 p.m., called that night and they came the next day at 11:00 a.m. to replace my water heater. Michael was great, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would recommend to anyone. Great job!

Really disappointed. I contacted them on Yelp to request a quote for service call hours and prices because they had good reviews here.
I sent an inquiry with a description that my pilot light was out and needed a service call.

Nobody ever got back to me. 24 hours is a long time to go with only ice cold shower water.

So I can't rate them on their actual service quality or prices because I never got any. But I can rate them one star on their customer service, or lack thereof.

Great place to get your new heater. I had issues with my heater and called them on 03/10/19; Bradley came almost immediately and told me the problem. Then he replaced my heater with precision and speed the same day! He made sure the heater was up to code for inspection afterwards. I would definitely call them again! The great part of allow as that they're licensed to do the work!

The only reason this business is getting two stars is because of the excellent work by The repairman/installer they sent out. He was outstanding.

When I called I merely explained that my water heater stopped working and the pilot light won't light. It was apparent the person on the phone wanted to sell me a new $2,000 water heater, not fix my current one. I asked him if they could fix the pilot and he told me my water heater was so old (2005 model) they probably couldn't find parts for it anymore. Because if the reviews on yelp I asked them to come out.

The repairman came out, spent about 2 mins looking at the water heater, went to his truck and brought back the parts to fix my water heater. He was done in about 10 mins.

Although I think they over-charged me for the repair ($350 for 30 mins and the pilot light), because they couldn't get a new one out iI was grateful for the repairman for having the integrity to identify it was worthy of a repair and not replacement.

I read your response and it was a little different than my recollection of our discussion on the phone..

Firstly, thank you for calling me the same day I provided this review. I appreciated your interest in providing good customer service. To that end; as I mentioned on the phone, the decision to fix or replace should be left with the consumer. I felt the decision was being made for me. At no time was there a mention of the technician evaluating my water heater for replace or fix, nor was there a mention of a minimum response fee. By your own technician's standards, my water heater is in pretty good shape.

I realize you want to support your company and may not want to mention potential ""mistakes"" by your personnel, but you should not try and place the blame on the customer for inadequate communication by your staff.

Christian, the technician from waterheatersonly came out on Christmas Eve (!!!) and worked hard for a large part of the day to pull out our old water heater, which had spring a leak, and hook up a great new one. He was prompt, courteous, hardworking, efficient, and just very nice. We were having company over the next day, so he really did save Christmas for us! Everything is working great, and my husband and I are very pleased.
