I highly recommend Water Heaters Only. I was glad to get to speak with somebody about my leaking water heater so late at night (24hrs). Shawn was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to get somebody out the next day. On 9/26, David P called ahead of time to let me know when he'd arrive. My wife said he was very polite. He brought a new Bradford water heater, and did several upgrades to code that were needed after 15+ years of original installation. The work was done well and no mess left behind. I came home to a nice new water heater that I didn't have to install :-)

Our old water heater was having problems with keeping the pilot lit. We have used Water Heaters Only in the past and were happy with our experience, so we thought we would use them again. We called at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 and had a technician at our house by 12:15 p.m. the same day. Thomas (the installer) agreed with us that we should replace rather than repair the unit because of its age. He went right to work removing the old unit and installing our new water heater. He completed the job in about two hours and left our garage exactly as he found it. He also took the time to show us how to relight the pilot and flush the tank for future maintenance. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of a water heater. Pat

We had a 17-year old water heater that finally bit the dust. I called Water Heaters Only and they had their technician out when we asked. Brian M. was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In a couple of hours, I had a brand new, shiny, beautiful water heater. All components had to be changed as everything was so old so it wasn't necessarily a standard install. Brian knew exactly what to do. Price of the estimate was the actual price of the install. My water heater was leaking but glad that I contacted water heater only. I called at 10:00am on 06/12/18 and by 12pm they were here installing my new water heater. David Pullen from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 2pm.. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. They were very professional and courteous and the price was right for the quality and service.

When my old water heater began to leak, I figured it was time to purchase a new one. I called a couple of places for estimates including Water Heaters Only. My water heater was having problem but glad that I contacted water heater only since they show up quickly. Gene M from water heaters only came in the morning of 2/22/18 at about 9am and quickly diagnosis the problem and had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 1130am

I called to have someone come and check my water heater cause the pilot was turning off, and the lady who answered wanted me to buy a new water heater from them instead of sending someone to come and check on my my existing heater!!!!

This is the first place to call, they come out on time, calling in advance,
do what they say and charge what they estimated. Work is completed without delay, professionally and completely. Ron advised me on a few problems related to the Mickey Mouse installation at my place, which were FYI, and then set to work on correcting the problem he was called to fix.
No added charges or, ""Better Fix This Too and Real Soon"" escalation of
the original estimate. Quite refreshing and unexpected. The others I
called would not fix my unit but, they all wanted to replace it without
hesitation! Do yourself a favor, cut to the chase and make this the first and Only call you make. Thanks Ron and thank you Water Heaters Only.
