Great place to get your new heater. I had issues with my heater and called them on 03/10/19; Bradley came almost immediately and told me the problem. Then he replaced my heater with precision and speed the same day! He made sure the heater was up to code for inspection afterwards. I would definitely call them again! The great part of allow as that they're licensed to do the work!

The only reason this business is getting two stars is because of the excellent work by The repairman/installer they sent out. He was outstanding.

When I called I merely explained that my water heater stopped working and the pilot light won't light. It was apparent the person on the phone wanted to sell me a new $2,000 water heater, not fix my current one. I asked him if they could fix the pilot and he told me my water heater was so old (2005 model) they probably couldn't find parts for it anymore. Because if the reviews on yelp I asked them to come out.

The repairman came out, spent about 2 mins looking at the water heater, went to his truck and brought back the parts to fix my water heater. He was done in about 10 mins.

Although I think they over-charged me for the repair ($350 for 30 mins and the pilot light), because they couldn't get a new one out iI was grateful for the repairman for having the integrity to identify it was worthy of a repair and not replacement.

I read your response and it was a little different than my recollection of our discussion on the phone..

Firstly, thank you for calling me the same day I provided this review. I appreciated your interest in providing good customer service. To that end; as I mentioned on the phone, the decision to fix or replace should be left with the consumer. I felt the decision was being made for me. At no time was there a mention of the technician evaluating my water heater for replace or fix, nor was there a mention of a minimum response fee. By your own technician's standards, my water heater is in pretty good shape.

I realize you want to support your company and may not want to mention potential ""mistakes"" by your personnel, but you should not try and place the blame on the customer for inadequate communication by your staff.

Christian, the technician from waterheatersonly came out on Christmas Eve (!!!) and worked hard for a large part of the day to pull out our old water heater, which had spring a leak, and hook up a great new one. He was prompt, courteous, hardworking, efficient, and just very nice. We were having company over the next day, so he really did save Christmas for us! Everything is working great, and my husband and I are very pleased.

I woke up this morning and boom, no hot water. I checked it out and no leaks, thank goodness, but the water heater was dead, so I called Water Heaters Only since they were ones who installed it 11 years ago and they dispatched technician Dave to hook me up. Dave was fast, friendly, thorough, and very professional. The price was reasonable and they were able to give me payment options. Most importantly I trust in their service because until today I haven't had to even think about taking a cold shower. Thanks to Dave and Water Heaters Only! See you in 2030 if not after!

On 1/9/2019 we had a new water heater installed by Bradley from Water Heaters Only. We just recently purchased a home and the water heater that came with our house looked like it was installed by Mickey Mouse himself. They obviously did not understand basic principles of plumbing let alone ensuring everything was mounted ""to code"". I was really concerned with the platform it sat on because it just seemed sketchy. I spoke to David over the phone to schedule the install and he assured me that everything would be looked at and his technician would do whatever they could to make sure everything would be done properly.

When Bradley arrived he was nice and very patient with me as I pointed everything out to him that I didn't like about the existing water heater. When we finished looking over everything he said ""Don't worry, I'll make it look pretty."" After a couple of hours he called us into the garage to show us our new water heater. It was one of the most professional looking water heater installs I have ever seen. He not only installed the new tank but redid all the other hardware from scratch. He put in a new water valve, gas valve, gas hose, earthquake straps, flex pipes and copper overflow drain pipe. Last but not least he even reinforced the top of the platform using some plywood.

The icing on the cake? Their price was $350 less than the estimate I got the day before from some big plumbing company which did not include all of the new hardware or anything regarding the platform.

I would definitely recommend.

Great company. Great people. Good prices. I like they do the warranty work and won't just send you off to the manufacturer. Ryan did my install. On time. Clean. Great pride in work. Nice man.

Customer service is definitely lacking. Called because their listing popped up on my yelp search. Apparently they don't offer the service but the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. Customer service training is needed.

great service. Got two calls letting me know when the service person was arriving. Was explained carefully the procedure for how insurance would cover my replacement. Work was done quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the company and the tech.

I highly recommend Water Heaters Only. I was glad to get to speak with somebody about my leaking water heater so late at night (24hrs). Shawn was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to get somebody out the next day. On 9/26, David P called ahead of time to let me know when he'd arrive. My wife said he was very polite. He brought a new Bradford water heater, and did several upgrades to code that were needed after 15+ years of original installation. The work was done well and no mess left behind. I came home to a nice new water heater that I didn't have to install :-)

Our old water heater was having problems with keeping the pilot lit. We have used Water Heaters Only in the past and were happy with our experience, so we thought we would use them again. We called at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 and had a technician at our house by 12:15 p.m. the same day. Thomas (the installer) agreed with us that we should replace rather than repair the unit because of its age. He went right to work removing the old unit and installing our new water heater. He completed the job in about two hours and left our garage exactly as he found it. He also took the time to show us how to relight the pilot and flush the tank for future maintenance. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of a water heater. Pat
