We had Ron out to replace our water heater and he was super professional, very thorough and personable. He installed a new tank within a few hours and walked me through everything he had done. I was super happy that he was able to replace it there on the spot and not have to wait a few days. I would definitely use Water Heaters Only again!

I discovered our water heater was leaking around 9am 7/09/18,and called Water Heaters only. David was at my house by 11:30 and had a new water heater installed in less than 2 hours. David was courteous and knowledgeable, gave me several options to consider, and made recommendations to extend the life of the new water heater. Very professional, fair pricing, and responded quickly--highly recommend.

The 40-gallon water heater that came with our home was installed 20 years ago in 1998 (which is surprising since Google says average lifespan is 8 to 12 years). We found WATER HEATERS ONLY on Yelp.
They were available the next day, arrived On Time (in fact a little early), and were friendly and professional. They installed a 50-gallon Bradford White to proper code (which they said meant raising it 18 inches off the ground since its in a garage). Price for parts and labor was $1,654. This included a $50 discount for a YELP coupon. Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because my handyman friends on Facebook think it was overpriced, but I have no idea if that price is reasonable as I didn't call anyone else for quotes beforehand. Overall it was a positive experience using Water Heaters Only.

Update: I sent an email to the company to inquire about the price I was charged and they called me within 10 minutes and explained again how that price was reached.

Referred to by Home Warranty. But couldn't have been happier. They promptly called once my home warranty call was placed. They came out the same day and were finished in less than 2 hours. David was knowledgeable, in a good mood, personable (which is nice when your belongings have been drenched in water)...overall a nice guy. Thanks for the quick service! Back up and running within hours.

A nice outfit and really care for their profession. I was deeply considering 3 options: standard water heater, tankless and forced-air. This firm focuses, it appears to me, on the standard water heaters but were willing to work with the forced-air types. The latter is a high-efficiency, high-btu (meaning good heat transfer) tanked water heater. However, because of costs and because this firm is easy to work with, we went with the standard water heater. The installer, David P., was prompt and courteous and did a nice and clean install. The new water heater, same size as the old, is working fine and appears to be better. If you are not into water heaters, these guys are great for you. If you are into the details then you have to ask questions and take some initiatives. Our water heaters was installed 6/7/18. Reviewed by Andrew C

Water Heaters Only is amazing! From start to finish David was professional and courteous and walked me through my options including working eveything out with my homeowners warranty. Not only did I get same day service, but David did a really good job with the installation being less than 2 hours! I would highly recommend David and Water Heaters Only! Big thumbs up for these guys!!!!

I would definitely recommend Water Heaters only. We had our water heater go out. On 5-14-18 David Pullen from Water Heaters Only was coming between 12-3. Dave called me to let know when he would be here and even asked if that worked for me. He and his partner were efficient and professional. Our new water heater was installed quickly and works great! I will definitely let my neighbors know about Water Heaters only and I highly recommend this company.

This review has to do with the person who answers the calls. I called him this morning to request a free estimate but he refuses to make an appointment and demands that if he sends someone out that I would HAVE to buy a replacement water heater. Absolutely ridiculous and big red flag. How do you know the water heater needs replacement without looking at it? That is not how you run an honest business. Too bad, their plumber Ron was really nice and I was hoping I could schedule him for an appointment. You just lost a potential customer.

I would probably give these guys a 4.5 if it were possible. They did a fantastic job, and they were very quick and efficient. They were even kind enough to move a couple of pipes around in my garage for no additional charge (other than parts). As far as quality, service and professionalism, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

That said, they are not the cheapest guys in town. In fact, I felt like they were a little pricey. I have learned the hard way in the past that you get what you pay for when it comes to contractors and service professionals. So, while I wish that it had cost less to replace our water heater, I do feel that I would likely have gotten a lesser quality of service if I had chosen someone else, based solely on price. It's better to pay more up front for a quality job than to pay less up front, but have to pay for it again later when the flaws in the installer's workmanship surface.

So, to make all that a little more succinct: you will get great quality service with Water Heaters Only, and you will pay for it, but it's worth it.
